    Hi thanks so much for the great tutorials! I'm trying the PIP and when I size the smaller clip with the properties Scale X & Y when playing back it starts at full size and shrinks to the XY I set. If I use the Layout with the 1/4 frame it starts 1/4 frame and stays during the duration of the clip and that's what I want. But I need it smaller that 1/4 frame so I took the 1/4 frame and in properties did a scale XY smaller and during play it still slowly shrinks from 1/4 frame to the scale I set. Sort of a neat inverse zoom effect but I need it to stay the scale I set it. Is there another property selection that's a default causing that?

    • @GeekoutdoorsBrand
      @GeekoutdoorsBrand  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure thing glad it helped! At this point, I don't know of an easy way to copy clip attributes to use on multiple clips like I do in Davinci Resolve however if I figure out a good process, then I might make a future episode on it.

    Dragging a picture-in-picture frame is extremely laggy on my PC (about 0.3 fps in real time). I would expect an i9 processor with 32 GB of RAM to enough for such a simple task. Or do I need some super duper graphics card?
    Also: why are the resize corners of the picture frames totally unintuitive? Image size is jumping all over the place and never the way I want it. What am I doing wrong?
    Even more important: why would anyone use OpenShot when it crashes regularly without saving any progress? Or is it bad luck and does it seem stable for most users?

    • @GeekoutdoorsBrand
