Will sound weird, but if you have trouble with Joker you should pick him up some time to properly understand how to deal with him. It’s not that complicated and it mostly comes down to the player

I know there's counterplay by making waiting out Arsene, and forcing them to be aggressive, but Joker's risk reward is just not there man. He kills off very few interactions compared to most characters, even Wario
As thin and fast as Sheik but heavier, crazy hurtbox shifting coupled with launching, lingering, damaging moves with Arsene. Though his moves have worse framedata than Sheiks, they multi hit anyways or linger to make up for it.
