Hey mate, they are awesome! Who would have thought deep sea fish taste that good as Sashimi! Did allright, not the limit but a few ducks is always great!
What do you do if you keep getting plauged by gemfish bro? my last few trips just could not get onto the bluedogs.
bigger baits help or don't fish straight on the bottom, try fishing 10m above the bottom
no need to gaff them, just haul em over the side...
