Is this good for security, because I was searching about opening multiple email addresses so i dont get hacked, and people on the internet says to use a different email address for everything, like banking, and personal life should be seperate, or shopping all seperate. Does it make sense to use this then?
Is it like an error or does it actually create a new email address? How do I enter to those accounts later, with the + version or the original one?
This is best used for registering on online platforms like forums, educational websites, blogs and so on. It's good for security because it's technically one email. But if you want to register for banking purposes or on shopping platforms, I think you should use different email addresses.

Sorry this reply was late. Yes you can create these variations and they are authentic. It's been like that for some years now and they always work on many websites.. I think Google know about this but they don't care as long as you are using Gmail as your free email service. And 2, you can't access different variations on separate devices because technically, they are all the same one email but works in a way that you can use each one of them as separate emails on most websites. There are some sites however that do recognize them as one email.
So you don’t need to create an email before you use the + sign? Just use your original email and it automatically works?
Yes, use any original email you have and add a + to it.

@@varahisantalpur7345 As I said in the video, this works for most websites. But if it doesn't work for a website you want to sign up on, then there is nothing you can do other than just create different emails for different account signups..

Yes you get notified in your main email account. All emails to generated mails get send to one place.

Just type the email like email+1@gmail.com in the sender field.. That will be the sender email. The same.email will be the receiving email.

If you are using it on a site that sends code, yes they will send code to each different variations of the email.. And you can access all in one place. But note that not all websites accept this but most do.

I assume you mean you are trying to login to email address that is @Gmail+1. No you don't have to do that. It's technically the same email. It's only generated to fool the websites to think it's a different email. Every reply or feedback you get from the sites to any of the generated emails go to the main email which is the @Gmail.com...
