This is a real genuine Fluke, but made specifically for the Chinese market. I have one with a Fluke logo from when they first came out and it looks and sound the same.
My USA or made in China version 101 Fluke also has a weak sounding buzzer so it must be normal. The Chinese version is the same as all the rest, just has Fluke written in Chinese.

The buzzer is buzzing better because the fluke logo has been changed from Chinese to English psychology. LOL
I usually put tape over the buzzer

No current testing so it doesn’t need fuses. It is a real Fluke 100%.
