You'd need a permanent resident permit, this means that you should have been in the country for at least 4 years working and paying taxes... So this is like a small buyout to kinda bribe people into leaving the country where they've at least invested 4 years of work in.

The Swedish Democrat party does not use the fact that many immigrants work in areas where many Swedish will not work for example public transportation , elder service, cleaning and education sending them back will affect badly Swedish economy badly and will force the country to import the labour workforce from people who don't speak Swedish.
