- The threat of flooding in the Caribbean will get much higher next week. There are several strong tropical waves that will move right through the Caribbean. The train of tropical rain will produce significant flooding.
The first tropical wave arrives Monday. Then, another bigger tropical disturbance moves in by the middle of the week.
Late in the week, there could be some development either near the Gulf of Mexico or in the Western Caribbean. Conditions are more conducive for development as these waves near the Caribbean. Water temperatures are super warm as well!

It's so hot in Trinidad which shows climate change & El Niño is real because compared to last year in the La Niña phase we experienced a lot of rainfall and this year there is a lot of heat with sunny days...Last Tuesday Trinidad recorded its hottest day in the year thus far at 33°C and some places felt as if it was 38°C...
Looking forward to some rain in the western side of Trinidad to cool things down.
