Why can't we just find a way to create the natural storm mitigation /dust in the Atlantic, if even for a few months -- to alleviate the risk of hurricanes? We put a man on the moon and have routinely put people in the Space Station above, we have put robots on Mars and yet we cannot figure this out. This should be a top priority, climate change and the risk of hurricanes we should not be shrugging our shoulder at. There has got to be a way SOMEHOW to address this without creating some paradoxical /negative effect to the environment !!
