I had a CLARIFIX procedure last April and I had hoped my chronic rhinitis would go away or at least the symptoms would decrease. After more than six months, nothing has changed. I still have the same symptoms that include back-nose dripping, coughing and so on. For me, CLARIFIX DID NOT WORK AT ALL.
I think maybe it had to do with the location it was placed, because the thing is supposed to be placed just where your nerves are so they become less sensitive.
Clarifix was administered to me in October 2018, I feel as though my severe congestion as worsen and not improved, I cannot support this device nor can I deem it effective due to my experience.
Is this good for a blocked nose? Whenever I lay down my nose just blocks up, it feels more like inflammation than it does congestion. ENT says it is the turbinates, but I don't want to do turbinate reduction because it is risky.
I have the same issue. I believe that falls under “nonallergic rhinitis”. I've also had my turbinates reduced through radio frequency, which is less risky than surgical removal and definitely helped me a lot
I have that. Using saline solutions won't work. I wake up at like 3am with my nose closed. If I rub my fingers hard so they get hot and put them outside my nose, and massage from between the eyes and down surrounding my cheekbones then it opens. So applying heat seems to do the work. It's not mucus. I guess it's inflammation.
@@tudorgheorghe4532 What type? And it's not panacea at all, I wish it was. Otherwise there wouldn't be so many people suffering for years. Many people done it with poor results. Turbinates grow back, ENS, and a lot of other issues.
@@2Sage-7Poets sorry I thought u were English speaking countryman, forgot the whole world would be here. Agree with you for this point but disagreed with u for your first notion.

Try Xlear. It is Xylitol and it has helped me. You can make your own spray from just the xylitol.

Empty nose syndrome is the risk.
@@tudorgheorghe4532 it will not cure you, obviously, but might give you some relief for the moment. Different things work for different people.
