If hard mode was to be completed, I feel like this would be the theme of Photoshop flowey, as the hearts would not attack, meaning you wouldn't get healed either, making it a bullet hell where you need to survive for as long as you can until finale starts playing and you start getting healed.
The main reason I won without dying was actually because I was panicking and somehow managed to avoid most of his attacks via moving in the general opposite direction of any attack lol

+Canti-Sama It's deceptively easy. Annoying Dog made it where the lower your health is, the less damage you take in that fight.. Probably to make it doable for the average person since everyone is going to experience this fight unlike genocide. Remember how Asriel lowers your health to an insane decimal number? That's happening in this fight too, you're just unaware since the exact number isn't showing up. The human has lots of determination.
