Nahhh. Most people dont overcome serious trauma, they stay stuck their entire lives.. no change. No motivation. No nothing. A girlfriend leaving you or losing a job isnt trauma, you've experienced nothing bigg dawg😅😂
yeah its unfortunate how much of the "JUST WORK HARDER" mentality messes with people, i was definitely one of those. Unfortunately some people have really unfortunate lives, like cambodia in 1975 or rubber in the congo. Or even more personal things like getting drunk at a party and getting taken advantage of. A girlfriend leaving you or losing a job isnt trauma, it sucks and definitely makes you feel bad but it isnt life destroying, it can be if you make your entire life revolve around them but still. I could see finding out a girl is cheating on you because she thinks you have a small D or you arent giving her enough attention or she is simply using you as trauma tho. it all is dependent on the situation... but this requires some basic empathy and to be like "hey other people have it worse then you, its alright." I think its interesting how many people think you can just "willpower" through suffering, some people actually can but it destroys them in other ways. The scary part of life is you have to accept that sometimes you will not be strong enough, you are not powerful enough to do everything, and you will make mistakes. Accepting that and choosing to do the best you can with what you have is what life is about, trying to make the best out of a bad situation... it makes me sad for all the kids on this platform that see this stuff and go all "i want to be strong! i will not let anything get me down ever, i dont care about anyone else, empathy is for the weak, i dont care who i need to step on" we all make choices and life and we all have to live with them, but some people get a worse hand then others.

Trauma is a motivator to transfer energy from one to another
