I was in a rough spot just about a month ago due to heartbreak and I watched these videos almost everyday for about a week to help pick myself up. Fast forward a month later and I’m in a much better space mentally. Time does heal, but it’s up to you if you want to heal. Of course I’m still hurting, but it hurts less. Keep going and stay strong throughout 2021. Make this year your best one yet.
I had yesterday a heartbreak. I'm gonna try also to watch daily. Hopefully it will hurts less but anyway Happy New Year!

I don’t know if you will ever see this. But this channel saved my life, things are still hard but I have a completely different mind set. I’d play this while I lift or run. And I’d just keep going, no matter how hard it hurt, no matter how tired I was. I repeated videos like it was the Bible, the only way out of that dark hole. I’m still in it now, I haven’t been able to go home in six months. I lived on my roommates couch... and I was so close to ending it all. Thank you for saving my life.
