Here for the slim fit jackets-im very narrow in the shoulders and I cant always do the baggy oversized thing w/o looking swallowed and shorter than i already am lol
In my experience it‘s about being fitted in really specific places. When I tuck in my shirt and you can see my waist I could literally wear a mens XL shirt with the baggiest 90s pants and still look well proportioned. okay that might be an overexaggeration but as a short and curvy person, high waist pants and a fitted waist is the key
People really don’t know handkerchiefs are for sweat, etc. I like to tie it around my wrist on a hot day to wipe my forehead.. immediately stylish

I love these ideas! Some don't really apply to me (when you don't wear any sandals, platform sandals aren't really gonna happen, no matter how much I love platforms), but what does work really does. I've been wearing rectangular scarves to cover bad hair days for years, but I just tried a square, bandanna-ish scarf out the other say and I am hooked! My friend gave me a scarf this weekend, so obviously I had to try it. Now I have outfit ideas. Guess I'm wearing it again tomorrow! It really does intensify whatever vibe your outfit gave! I looked a bit like I'd kill you, but water your plants afterward. I'm also going to have to try some slim jackets! Though I love the green M&M vibes of my big leather bomber over leggings/skinny jeans, it's also fun to not feel like a marshmallow sometimes. You may have persuaded me to try anklets too, but I'm not quite there yet. Perhaps soon.
I’m not y2kpilled enough for fitted jackets but I just discovered fitted turtleneck t-shirts with mid rise trousers, it’s giving muscle fit, I thought it would look too feminine but even though it shows off the chest it can really emphasise the shoulders too

I do have that problem! But my ankles are thique. So I bought some last year but they didn’t fit so I was like oh I can just take an old necklace and add some of that chain to them to make them fit! And then I ain’t. I ain’t do it. But this reminded me so maybe this’ll be the year lol
