    Stir Fry Sayur Manis/ Manicai with Eggs Recipe
    Person of Serving: 2-3
    Time:
    Ingredients:
    sayur manis
    2 chicken eggs
    1/8 tsp of salt
    1 tbsp of light soy sauce
    1 tbsp of crispy fried garlic
    1.5 tbsp of garlic oil
    Steps:
    1) Pluck off the leaves from branches.
    (Can plant branches into soil to grow manicai)
    Wash the leaves and rinse it off.
    2) Heat wok with MEDIUM HEAT and add 0.75 TABLESPOON garlic oil.
    Spread the oil with spatula.
    When oil is hot, beat egg into wok and sprinkle 1/8 TEASPOON salt into it.
    Use spatula to stir it for 10 seconds then add half TEASPOON crispy fried garlic.
    Continue to stir for 30 seconds or until egg is removed.
    Turn off heat and put the egg into a new bowl.
    3) Turn on heat to HIGH and add remaining 0.75 TABLESPOON garlic oil and half TEASPOON crispy fried garlic.
    Add in vege and stir fry until almost cooked.
    Add 1 TABLESPOON light soy sauce,
    all crispy fried garlic and leave some for garnishing,
    Sitr fry a while then add the eggs.
    Stir fry awhile and off heat.
    Add the remaining crispy fried garlic and mix well. Serve.
