I am ofw here at Hong Kong l tried to prepare this dish for tonight dinner and the 2 kids l am taking care right now really love the taste 😍😍thanks for this kind of video it is very helpful 💖
Perfect recipe for a Saturday meal.. I will be going to get the tofu puffs this morning.. your meals are always clean fresh and the right portion for single people or small families.. I love your combinations of flavors.. love oyster sauce.. this recipe is a winner!!!! 🌺☺️
Tonight I cooked this. Think my tofu puffs are too small and I only had 7 puffs. I actually used less minced pork (200 g) but still had so much left that I had to make them into meatballs. Delish! My hubby likes them. Yippee! Can eat the balls with dry noodles. As usual I used less of the salty ingredients. Thank you Roland for a wonderful recipe.
Thanks for sharing.. My employers and the kid love it.. Actually I've cooked this twice already.. And they told me to add this recipe in my whole week plan dish everytime... 💖💖
Made this yesterday. This is truly another golden winning recipe. Mother in law approved. 👍🏼 So pleased with how it turned out. The tofu puffs I bought were not hollow so I had to remove some of the insides. I prefer a more liquidy gravy n used only 2-3 tsp of the cornstarch slurry. Perfect ! Thx again Roland. ❤
Hi Roland, I liked simple food and it taste nice and healthy. You are a good tutor and a good cook . Simple and very clear the way you present it. Thank you so much and taste so good. Yuuummmy.
Thanks Roland Chef for the recipe. I cooked this toufu puff stuff wz mince meat + another recipe of yours chicken wz potatoes stew on last Friday. My family love it so much Thanks you so much for your sharing👍👍❤️
Great idea Roland. I'll reduce the pork and add chopped shrimps and vermicelli noodles. For the sauce, I'll add 1 tbsp of zhu hou and plum sauce. I always enjoy your vids. 👍👍
Hi there big fan of your videos. I have been studying in Australia and wasnt able to go home to Malaysia for Chinese New Year because of Covid. Your cooking videos has made this hard season much more bearable. I was able to recreate the dish that my dad always makes when I am back in Malaysia. Looking forward to try more dishes with your videos. Thank You so much
Hi Clement. Thanks so much for leaving us such a heartwarming comment. It must be difficult staying away from home especially during festive seasons. Glad that we can help to ease your homesickness. Please take care down under and study hard. Jiayou!!
Thank you so much for your earnest, sincere and good to follow instructions and tips! They're all great dishes to make and to eat - I love love tofu so this is one of my favourites of course!!
This looks fantastic. One of my favorite dim sum dishes is tofu skin rolls stuffed with pork and shrimp. I will certainly make this soon. Thank you for posting this video.
Hello Roland. This is the first recipe of yours that I’m trying. It was super amazing!! I’m hooked. I have to admit that you have crazy super chopsticks skills!! I tried to stuff the tofu just like you with chopsticks but they went sailing across the kitchen after the first one. LOL! Thank you for your recipes.
Thank you for your video. Most of videos taught me to use pork or fish paste. I have to adjust my recipe because i cant eat pork nor can i afford to get fresh fish meat at the moment. I'm glad that u taught in this video that i can use beef
@@andeszheiddinne706 oh yes, they are very nice. Will definitely make them again I think this dish goes well with fried noodles. I will try that combo when I next make this. 😀
OK so I made it.. Not a fan of the tofu "skin" the steam made it soggy.. So stripped them off and had them as pork balls.. Was really nice.. Added seasme oil to sauce and chilli oil.. Was amazing
Thanks so much for updating us. Glad to know that at least you enjoyed the meatballs and sauce. Nice touch with the sesame oil. That will make the sauce extra fragrant. Clever. 👍👍👍

I have had balls of the meat stuffing rolled in sticky rice until completely covered, then steamed. You might like to try them, they’re delicious.
@@annesec9995 I also find alternatives to even soy sauce. Sadly it's Barbecue sauce, without soy.
