Work smarter not harder! I make significantly more than I ever have in my life working prn as a nurse, and I only work about 6 days a month. Plus the flexibility, I’ll never do anything but prn! We are blessed!

how do you begin as a PRN nurse? Do you just switch from regular shift to PRN at the same hospital you work @?

Can you explain how you ended up making so much with such few shifts ?

I have really enjoyed your videos, your channel and your positive blessed attitude! Do PRN employees get training similar to a new nurse? I am a military spouse that have stayed home with kids the last 8 years. It is still hard to work with my husband’s demanding job and young kids but would love to work again PRN but nervous about not having sufficient training. I am a new nurse too! I only worked one year before kids.

Most hospitals will still give some weeks of training for PRN. Inquire before accepting the position

Yes, they receive the same training:)

I can say American nurses have more advantage than their Canadian counterparts. Bonus is something I have never heard about in Canada, and getting extra as a PRN?..that would be nice. Nice video sis..love it
