I honestly avoid that intersection and basically the city at all cost. It's sad because there's so many beautiful museums and places to go in Baltimore City. Something really needs to be done. I honestly believe that this happened. I wish this city had the amount of cops like New York has. As much as I get that’s not all of them are bad, they can’t continue to stay there. Even if that meant helping them all get signed up for some type of job training or assisting them with applications. I honestly feel like A lot of them are not proficient enough or lack the basic education to find a job or don’t know how to go about it. If they did, they probably wouldn’t be out there. It’s sad. I hope Ivan is serious about what he said. No means no.

NYC has a lot of cops but that still hasn't help with crime that is increasing up there. I. Fact they're having the same problem we are in Baltimore. Everybody is leaving the NYC police force due to lack of support from both the citizens and local government.
