Two countries doing half a portion of the same project makes it simply a competition to stay on track and on time. Imagine if one finishes their portion and the other didn't, it's probably not going to look good on the international front.
Both country definitely is going to make headline in all international news again 👍 greatest collaboration between both country , a giant step for Malaysia and Singapore .
Looks like a part of Wadi Hana Depot is structurally complete at 5:30 owing to the blue-painted roof. Also the 2nd old Tebrau Highway bridge seems to be already structurally removed except for the piers
The new blue painted roof at Wadi Hana Depot looks a TNB electrical substation for the depot. Yes, the 2nd Tebrau Highway bridge is slowly being removed

More vehicle use ECO or car charges and other vehicle less use petroleum also less motorcycle 7. High currency 8. Great development Singapore, you are great!
I like watching your videos and very appreciated with all the cost and efforts that you put in making the videos. Btw i think you can get more subscriber and viewer by doing the update on TEL & Cross Island MRT lines also.
Glad you like them! I also wish I could do more videos on TEL, Cross Island Line or even the Jurong Region Line. Doing the RTS video already took me 3 days, 1 day to film in JB, 1 day to film in SG and 1 day to do video editing. I am a full time school teacher in Singapore, I really cannot not find the time to make so many MRT related videos.
Gong Co Fa Cai to u Yap. Thanks for your latest update. TQ for being consistent n taking the trouble to update all of us.🙏🙏 Now, this time really sprucing up n fast indeed, especially the JB side. It appears faster than my on going apartment @ Yahya Awal😂😂😂.
So nice of you! Gong Xi Fa Cai to you too! Yes, the progress has been very fast at the JB side recently! I also can't believe my eyes when I filmed the RTS
i guess the length of the railway platforms inside jb sentral should be sufficient for the upcoming ets train service despite the demolition works for the rts project.
Yes, it is possible the new ETS trains may not require the current JB Sentral full platform length or the demolition is temporary to facilitate the building of the pier. Maybe next month will be more clear
good video and nice the view, singapore is special make it underground cause they are the narrow place so many development they make ,and we hear in up of that station have park
Now if only Singapore and Malaysia introduce passport free travel between the 2 countries by the time the RTS opens by end 2026. That would make travel between the 2 countries really easy and seamless. Since JB is now declared as a special economic zone by PM Anwar, hopefully the visa issue can be sorted out by then. SG is getting too crowded and expensive and many Singaporeans would love to move to JB if it is easier to get a long term visa to stay in Malaysia.
Doesn't matter , so long as it is easier and faster to cross , guys 😁 give them some time to work things out , it's already a great step forward for them to make this crossing .
Yes I do have a property in Malaysia but I am not a property agent. The property prices in JB Town area has been strong for the past 1 year but compared to the property prices in Singapore, it is still big gap. Many Malaysians planning to work long terms in Singapore are buying properties with easy access to the RTS Link.
I'm just worried about if I were to get a condo will there be a lot of service or maintenance fee every month that we have to pay or the property tax is it very high , or is there any more cost involved that we have to take note other then buying the property .?? Please advise .
@@basilchia4892 The condo monthly maintenance will be a lot cheaper compared to condos in Singapore. However the property tax will be on the higher side, about SGD $600 for me per year. For foreigner, there is an additional one off State Consent Fee compared to the locals. Otherwise, the rest of fees will be similar with the locals.
@@SGYap what kind of property and you having , I'm still not sure what to get , please advise , between condo or semi D , it would be good if you can do a video about property in JB to help us know more about how should we plan for retirement that suits individual financial capabilities .
Problem is that JB still does not have a good public transport so thousands of people will get off at Bukit Chagar and then wait for 3 hours for Grab while the traffic jam will just choke everything. Meanwhile, once you get Woodlands North station, the MRT system will absorb any hundreds of thousand of passengers without a hitch. Without a robust public transport on the JB side, we are just kicking the nightmare can from the causeway and JB sentral to Bukit Chagar. Good luck to us all.
Spore/Johore/Malaya are geographically geologically connected as one. Now they have drill tunnel, bridges, in addition to the causeway. All because of politicians who want to be on top of the people, for ages and generations.
Please get somebody to build an affordable train services from KL to Ipoh.. Please. Alot of rakyat are travelling to and fro and it's alot more expensive with this ETS stupid service
May b a cheaper option will b express bus....but now donno still got operator provide service for this route or not (with so frequent ETS service btw this two city)....😂😂😂😂
@@KUKUMAIL bus is like 4 hours nowadays excluding traffic jem. Example before ETS the people enjoys riding the old KTM which is cheaper. But now with ETS they can make good business if more trips and less price, rather than 50% empty seats
