Hello and welcome to The Trove!
This video is part of the RANKED series. This week I decided to tackle Disney dogs! There really are a lot to choose from, and I had fun narrowing down my picks in order to form my top ten list.

That was an awesome list! I think my top 3 dogs are:
3) Bolt
I love how Bolt starts off with his world being shattered since he was raised to think that everything in the show was real but then Mittens showed him how to be a true dog and just love life. I love his personality and his loyalty to Penny. Plus, I love the German Shepherd breed. I've had 3 throughout my life (one pure breed and then the other two were mixes)
2) Dodger
I just love Dodger's personality. I always thought that he was cool and suave haha. I enjoyed how he talked with the Dobermans, he was acting all cool and collected. I love that he tricked Oliver in the very beginning but then warmed up to him and accepted him into the family, even though he was a cat. He and the others were trying to rescue Oliver from Jenny but then later realized that Oliver was happy with her.
1) Tramp
Man, when I was a kid I begged my parents for a dog like Tramp. I just loved him so much and watched the movie a ton mainly for Tramp. I love Lady as well and their chemistry together is amazing but if I had to choose one of them, I'd pick Tramp (but they are neck and neck for me). I love his personality and he was cocky at first by trying to convince Lady that a human baby is bad news, to not be attached to one human family, and the whole chicken sequence. But he learned his lesson in the end and ended up with a human family and Lady. He also risked his life for the Jim Dear and Darling's baby. Such a good boy! 😁

I LOVE THE BOLT LOVE!! he's my favorite disney dog but lady is kinda tied with him :,) i'd say copper is my second favorite disney dog since they both get first hehe

Aww, Copper is such a good boy! He was put in a tough spot between is owner and his best friend. I loved his friendship with Todd when they were little

There are so many wonderful dogs
1. Max - I love how fluffy and cheerful he is. The fact he recognizes Ariel as the one that saved Eric and that this loveball ball of fluff bites Vanessa! Good boy with good instincts!
2. Lady - What a gorgeous design she has and paired with such a curious and sweet personality.
You put my lovely Lady in first position! 🥳😍❤️❤️❤️
Lady and the Trump, Is in my Number one favorite Disney animation movie position 🙌🥰❤️
My top 3:
3. Tito (Oliver and Company)
This guy is super funny and I also love Oliver and Company. Cheech Marin does a great job voicing him!
2. Dodger (Oliver and Company)
This dog is voiced by none other than Billy Joel. He also sings my favourite Disney song.
1. Bruno (Cinderella)
Bruno is SO cute! Cinderella is a very good movie and Bruno is probably my favourite character. Plus, he also defeats Lucifer at the end.

My Top 10 Disney Dogs
10. Bruno
He’ll do anything to help Cinderella. And when he chases Lucifer towards the end of the movie, he had me laughing hard.
9. Copper
I was thinking of not adding Copper, but I’ll give him credit. The friendship he forms with Tod is very cute and sweet. Unfortunately as adults, they become enemies with each other, but that’s not until after Tod saves him from the Bear that Copper protects him from Amos Slade.
8. Bolt
I love his character arch and how he goes on an incredible journey with a cynical cat and learns how to let loose and enjoy the good things in life. He will also stay with his owner in a burning building. Good boy, Bolt.
7. Dodger
What can I say about Dodger? He’s got everything I could want in a dog. The design is amazing, Billy Joel put on a killer performance, he has one of the most catchiest song, he’ll go through daring lengths to rescue Oliver and Jenny, and the relationship he forms with Oliver is just wholesome.
6. Nana
I love Nana so much. You can tell she cares so much for the kids. Plus it breaks my heart when she tries to help them, but the father just throws her out. She acts like a genuine mother to the children, despite them being human with human parents, and her being a dog.
5. Perdita
What can I say, she is a good mother. She even refers to Cruella as the Devil woman, which gets me every time. She’ll do anything to save her children as well as all the other Dalmatian pups and ends up adopting them. Plus, her and Pongo make a great team, but I’ll mention Pongo later. That’s right, he’s higher on the list.
4. Lady
Lady is very adorable as a puppy. And I love her design as an adult. Her curiosity on what a baby is also seems very believable. The fact that she tries her very best to protect the baby from the rat is very genuine. And the relationship she forms with Tramp is very believable, and they compliment each other so well. One is elegant and the other is cynical.
3. Tramp
Speaking of Tramp, I love him so much. He’s from the streets, but also seems very approachable. The urge to not want a family in the beginning, but considers it throughout the movie, and eventually marries Lady and has puppies is a change of heart for him as well. And the fact that Lady introduced him to True Love is very heartwarming.
2.Pongo
Oh my gosh. I love Pongo so much. He is such a carefree spirit, who falls in love with Perdita, and the only he gets with her is having their owners, Roger and Anita meet through some antics, and it turns out both pairs end up falling in love and getting married. Also Pongo’s concern for Lucky when the nanny says they lost him was very heartbreaking to watch, which made his excitement much more heartwarming when Roger saves Lucky. He is such a good father to his 15 puppies and all 84 other Dalmatian puppies towards the end. Pongo is my favorite Disney Dog, but there’s one more that I could not go without mentioning. He is a staple when it comes to Disney Dogs and Iconic Disney Characters.
1. Pluto
Oh Pluto. The trusty companion to Mickey Mouse. What can I say about Pluto, other than that he is so lovable. He’s very cautious when it comes to other animals, but when they’re in danger, he’ll try his absolute best to save them and protect them. He has one of the most beautiful relationships with Mickey, and even though they have their bumps along the way, in the end, they always remain the best of friends.

The other dogs name besides Napoleon is named “Lafayette” not “Dynamite” from The Aristocats.
I have no idea if what happened last night was a coincidence or Bolt is actually real.
Last night, I was in my bed under the covers watching Bolt on my phone (IPhone 13 Pro) and it was at that part with the fire where bolt is about to place himself under penny’s arm to get ready to die with her when out of no where my fire alarm in my room went off and scared the living daylights out of me. It had 2 series of 3 very loud beeps (Like the ones they use at newer schools) before it just shut off by itself…
That is extremely bizarre haha, I'd be spooked!
Pluto. I like Max. My favorite movie in the canine category is Robin Hood.
I'm binging watching this channel! So far I love all your videos I've watched. I saved the others just in case I don't get through them all. Nana, Pongo, Perdita, and the Twilight Bark dog @1:29 are such sweet and kind dogs that helped others in the time of need. I would have to pick Pongo though because he's a father like no other. Him fighting Horace and Jasper is seriously the coolest and scariest fight in any Disney film. They went hard making that fight so exhilarating!

I thought Pluto would be on this list, how about doing a rank on the Disney villains and their sidekick, henchmen and pets?
I love Pluto, but I decided to keep this list restricted to dogs in movies from Walt Disney Animations Studios - the 60 movies in the “canon,” so that’s why he’s not here.
I’ll definitely make more rankings with topics like that in the future!

@@srstriker6420 it is pretty weird that both Pluto and goofy are dogs, but only Pluto is a pet that can’t talk 🤔
I don't know if this count as a Disney dog because the movie theorically isn't a Disney classic (or a Disney movie in general, even if the Company said so), but I REALLY LOVE Zero from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" : for me he has a unique design and he's really cute and enjoyable, even if in the film he doesn't do anything really important (over doing the Halloween Rodolf Deer).
Even if I prefer cats over dogs, I would get a dog like Zero 😄👻🐩
