I wish I had this video when I was a bit younger ! Breaks each down perfectly and now it’s up to you to determine which suits you best. For me I’ve tried both and found the low / mid fade works best for my look and with how quickly my hair grows , I set all off with the hair putty which is amazing even after you sweat through it you can just glide your fingers through your hair and boom back to styled and looking good!
