Absolutely correct. Sadly everywhere they don´t care about that rule.. Even in the World-Championship almost EVERY penalty should be retaken. Because 99% of the goalkeepers do leave the line..
Actually the keeper left his line too fast on all 3 penalties. I guess the referee didn't want to retake it for a 4th time :P That would be a deathsentence I guess. Nevertheless, nice saves.
As far as my knowledge goes I'm guessing that the penalties had to be retaken because the linesman believes the keeper is coming too far off his line to save the penalty
not all goalkeepers do this, and definitely not as painfully obvious as this. he starts moving forward after the taker takes his first step and goes at least 2 feet off his line...
it's just common sens He didn't save those because he left the line earlier but because he is skilled. If he actually did save it because he left it earlier it means this rule is just total crap and too restrictive. But I agree there shoudl be a limit to it tho
The goalkeeper came off his line to quickly. A goalkeeper isn't allowed to leave his line until the ball has been kicked. But in most penalties the keeper does that, so this ref was just doing his job but just being pedantic.
Stupid, corrupt? Referee did his job perfectly until the last penalty, when goalkeeper was supposed to receive a yellow card and penalty was supposed to be retaken again. 'Keeper is NOT allowed to come off his line before the ball is struck, so the only 'stupid' and 'corrupt' thing referee did here was playing this situation by the rules ( sadly, he gave up for a 3rd penalty ).

The encroachment rule definitely needs revising. All goalkeepers do what this goalkeeper did, but referees simply don't flag them up for it.

I guess God watched this game and noticed the referee was stupid and corupt.
