The final section of the original facade is torn down, the only remaining section is the docks the demolition crew are using as a shop for their equipment.
It’s an empty lot as of a month ago, it took them from April 2018 until last month (October 2020) to clear all the scrap. Now they are either going to keep the plant floor in and have someone use that to build on, or take out the plant floor and use the property and the JATCO lot just to the south as a light industry park with new roads and rail connections on the empty lot. If they do chose to remove the plant floor they would likely have to do more environmental remediation.
