250g mung beans
250g brown rice
1 onion
1 pepper
1 parsley root
1 carrot (or 2 smaller)
½ celery root
1 big tomato or tomato sauce
Salt and pepper per taste (can add chilli if you want it spicy)
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbps olive oil
chopped parsley leaves
