You've concisely summed up why I've been a fan and follower of Matt and his channel since the beginning.

Come for the 4wd recovery, stay for the fascinating dynamic of the team. Good analysis of a very wholesome family run business,

Very well put together. I too am a big fan of Matt's Off Road Recovery & same reason You said in this video. He also made Me start following Other Channels as well such as Trailmater, Robby Layton & Fab Rats on a regular basis. Between Matt & Paul of Fab Rats are the 2 that made Me start My Own Channel even at My age. Thank You for making this video.

Matt has and effective delegational style and trust in his team. Especially noticeable in the last months, as he puts his sons in charge of the whole job. It's all nicely coordinated, while Matt steps back, which fosters even more strength in his crew.

Excellent analysis of intrateam communication. I won't be the only subscriber you gain from this video. Are you aware of how the participants for the March 2024 Off Road Games were chosen? Would you like to try off-roading at the deep end? I don’t have insight on Matt's plans for next year, but you might inquire.

Thank you for watching and subbing! I would love to try deep end off roading for sure. I don't think I'm anywhere near in a position to be "invited", but I would gladly just come and attend as part of the audience. I live in Europe so it's not that close for me, but I have been thinking about a US trip for a few years. Who knows :)

Matt and crew script there dialog at times. At times Matt and crew get quite mad, upset at each other, but you do not see this on youtube. In addition, Matt has fired or have crew members quit because of some major difficulties. For example his son Rudy quit working in the shop, for his dad because they could not get along. Go to Utah and hang around Hurricane and you will see how different they are in real life and what is on youtube*-)

His Employees are constantly coming and going. That says a lot about the leadership. I have wondered how it really is day to day.
