About Sierra and Stephen IRL
Hey friends! I’m Sierra Schultzzie and this is my vlog channel with my husband, Stephen. We started vlogging 5 years ago to document planning our wedding and growing together as a young married couple, and the channel has now really become our passion project. We love creating travel vlogs, disneyland vlogs, showing behind the scenes of creating my fashion and lifestyle videos, and all the little ups and downs of our unfiltered, real life. “Let’s not eat the grass though” is 1000% something my mom had to tell me cause I would call it “salad” and try to eat it. I have no memory if I actually did eat it but honestly, probably at least once.
I'm pretty sure I'm guilty of this as a young child too. Now that i have my own young child I find myself saying absurd things like "books are not a floor", "cardboard is not a food group", "your bath toys live in the tub, and they won't feel good in your room", and "please take your butt off of my head. I don't want it there" and "you don't have to eat it but do not put it on the floor",
....all with astonishing frequency I had no concept of pre-motherhood. 😅
On the bright side, the way he is utterly convinced a brontosaurous is a "giraffe dinosaur " makes up for some of that

My grandma used to wrap my food in foil for kindergarden. I would eat the foil idk why.

The roasted veggies and sauce would be really good in a bowl on some rice or quinoa.

Hey, for the burrito wrap, try putting the filling for the wrap not in the middle but near the edge of the wrap then tuck in the outside corners and roll tightly. For a better seal and a tastier wrap, grill it on the seem side down it will help it hold in place more. Hope that helps! They look delicious.. also for an added kick try putting sriracha in that sauce you made for it. 👌
I love that you’re sharing the Tiktok recipes on the vlog, I bought the ingredients to make the veggie sandwich later this week for me and my 8.5-month old daughter. We HAVE to try this wrap as well! It sounds so delicious and healthy! Thank you 😊

You can always do store pickup when you're not feeling like shopping. I've been doing it lately since I'm very close to giving birth to my second and it has been a lifesaver!

For the tortilla to make them more pliable wrap a damp (not too wet) paper towel around them and microwave for like 15-20 seconds
sierra, have you tried an indoor rock climbing gym yet? i know there are several in san diego! those are great because they tend to have a regular gym setup, yoga classes, plus fun rock climbing!! idk if you’ve ever tried rock climbing, but i feel like you might enjoy it. it really feels like such joyful movement for me and my friends

This could just be me, but I’d love to see the prices of what you pay for groceries out west compared to my small town Midwest grocery store! Totally understand if you don’t want to do it though cause I’m sure people could become hurtful, which is silly!!!!
Trader Joe’s can be pretty pricey. Especially if you’re doing a full grocery run.
Girl please heat the tortilla on the stove! Just grab a pan, heat it up and place the tortilla. Flip it around before it gets too crispy. This way it stays maleable and they’re easier to roll. If you want your burrito neatly wrapped m, you’re going to need less filling or a bigger tortilla.

when you fold the ends up the burrito and go to fold the long side, you need fold one side over enough to cover the ingredients and almost tuck the tortilla in and under the ingredients and then keep rolling. it looked so good tho!

This was tasty. Put a huge dollop of sambal olek in the sauce to and had carrots instead of sweet potatoes and fresh paprika in the veggies mix to.

I enjoyed Hawk eye, of the MCU shows I'd say falcon and winter soldier was my least fav
something I find helps me fold the burrito is to first fold the ends in like you did and as you fold the first big side over try and tuck it in and roll it back into itself as you fold it (if that makes sense) and it should keep everything together a little tighter, then just fold the last side over top. Takes a while to get the hang of it but it always keeps the burrito really nice and tight! :)

I will add in the burrito advice lol If you go towards the edge... it's easier if you make a V so the ends are folded closer at the base which is basically near your stomach and then you will spread the ingredients and then take the V up and then you should have two sides that you tuck in... I'm sure someone made a video on this that is much easier to explain lol
