You've got to learn turn off your Fire Thought process JJ, that's he only way your going to get sleep!!! Years back I was involved in writing a newsletter for 1500 people, on a monthly basis, by myself, I finally learned to turn off my thought process, and I finally got sleep. You need to turn your mind from trying to go to every fire!, just a suggestion, I'm trired of burying friends :o)

" cockloft" Most older apartment buildings in NYC have a common space between the ceilings of the top floor apartments and the roof of the building. It is called the cockloft. It's a big problem in a fire and I don't think the building codes have permitted this construction in a long time.
