@@TheMetaKid Glastrier gets 3 Max IVs, so there's a 1 in 2 chance of it not being speed, combined with it needing 1 or 2 in speed out of 32 possible speed values, it's about a 1/32 chance of getting it. Might be worth a master ball just because it's a pain to get otherwise.

Avalugg, Regice, Walrein, and Articuno. If we expand it to trick room ice types, then also Crabombinable and Abomasnow. Basically, this is a one-time thing and they somehow managed to make a good bulky Ice type.
@ spectrier just has no movepool at all. Only gets shadow ball and dark pulse. Or you can run will o wisp hex. Glastrier has a pretty deep movepool. So pretty much it "stole" it from spectrier. Figuratively speaking.
When I saw the stats on this thing I thought this was one of the best ice types ever created. Sure its got a 4 weakness to fighting, rock, fire, and steel, but those stats make a a amazing trick room tanker

11:01 People use rock tomb to lower the speed of Glastrier without lowering the speed of other pokemon like bulldoze does so glastier can underspeed pokemon like amoonguss and torkoal in trick room. Plus bulldoze can sometimes accidentally activate the weakness policy of an opposing glastier or maybe even metagross.
That’s the reasons I always run a haze user in mas physical defense Milotic to prevent things from getting out of hand but I’ve lost to Glastriers because it’s so hard to kill
I caught Glastrier and saved straight after, because I was relieved I got it after trying for so long and I didn't want to accidentaly revoke my progress. I then check and discover that it has perfect speed IV's. Pls add 0 IV bottle cap Mr. Pikachu :(
The ice horse is super strong. Even out of trick room is scary because of its bulk making it able to survive, hitting you back with a weakness policy. The fact that is an ice type and has 4 common weaknesses make it the perfect weakness policy user. Also, rock tomb + lash out can do insane damage to pokemon like dusclops or cresselia. And, it allows you to underspeed amoongus.
I managed to get a 0 speed IV Glastrier on my third reset, I was so darn lucky. Important note - You have to defuse them to see Glastrier's IVs and nature, they are not the same as Calyrex's.
I have a little suggestion for Wolfey. It uses regigagigagigas. Regigagigagigas+Latios is a pair I've found to be very threatening. The evs are simple. Max speed max attack jolly regigagigagigas, max speed max hp latios. The regigagigagigas would run body slam, drain punch, darkest lariat, and protect with a life orb. The latios would run tailwind, heal pulse, psychic, and simple beam with a colbur/roseli berry/leftovers. If you simple beam the regigagigagigas, it loses slow start, and if you max knuckle with regigagigagigas, it'll get +2 attack, putting it at 400+ attack. Normal+Fighting+Dark is absolutely amazing coverage, and so regigagigagigas can tear through teams with support from latios. Tailwind for speed control, heal pulse for longevity, simple beam for ability control, and psychic as a damaging move & sash breaking. I've been using this on showdown, and it's sweeped through entire teams with little to no trouble. Sorry for the long comment, I just want to make sure I get as much information across as possible. Doubles Meta is different from Singles, with some overlap, so it’s nice to see the two mons separate for different play (unlike certain legends that compete in the same Meta and end up being one over the other). :)

Ok you have to be more accurate because i don't understand what you are aming at here.. Why would you speed swap, when you can let your speed stat drop by either your own moves of may it be the foe's attack.. the only way this speed swap thing will work, is if the foe your facing is indeed slower then your pokémon. Would you take that guess ? 9/10 pokémons are faster then glastrier, so this strategy wouldn't make no sense.. Correct me if i'm wrong
@@mrnelis8037 The Speed Swap is to make Glastrier faster. Ribombee (Base 125 Speed) can Speed Swap with Glastrier in order to have it outspeed most Pokemon.
Day 1 on Showdown, I started building with this mon using Icicle Crash, High Horsepower, Smart Strike, Protect with Expert Belt on a TR Team, then I lost one match and switched to Weakness Policy, and even without self-activation it was so strong, that it felt like I was cheating. I'm kinda glad that a set I used on day 1 is now very popular.
Hey Wolfe, content is great, but one thing I will point out: you keep calling the horse's abilities "beast boost but only for attack/sp. attack," but did you forget about moxie, because their abilities are closer to moxie than beast boost.
Ghost horse is the best metagross partner. Bulldoze for self proc weakness policy and slows opponent down in one go. Then spams snarl. Has accent to taunt and will o. It’s surprisingly a very good supporter. Immune to fake out too. Don’t regret your decision of choosing ghost horse. You can build a ridiculous metagross + dark urshifu team.
Just hunt 0 Speed IV and then we'll talk how broken it is, on top of the 2 in 31 chance (1 in 31 if playing a level 100 format there's a 1 in 9(? correct me plz, idk if that's right) chance that it isn't a perfect IV. EDIT: forgot to mention that catching it and checking IVs takes like 3 minutes each attempt

Fun fact: at Level 50 having 1 speed IV gives you the same speed stat as if you had 0, just to save some time for people hunting Min Speed Glastrier
2-3 speed iv also functions the same as 0 for ice horse with a speed reducing nature, so anything from 0-3 works
