I've seen Sailor Moon Cosmos two parts films the other day on Netflix and while that I do like the up to date designs characters like the Sailor Starlights, Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, Princess Kakyuu and the Shadow Galactica but I still don't like the ending of the second part film in fact I still prefer from the from the 90's Anime. I mean we never got to see the Sailor Starlights and Princess Kakyuu revive just like Sailor Moon and her friends at the end of the film plus it was never revealed if Artemis and Diana were revived just like Luna. I know the Japanese writer have worked so hard since this is the final Sailor Moon Crystal Series but they really haven't think things throught at all, I'm very sorry but this is my own honest opinion but I still prefer Sailor Moon Eternal two part films over Sailor Moon Cosmos two part films because at least there aren't too many characters killed un like this one.
@@marthabulter I am rewatching the 90's anime right now on blu ray and it just does not hold up to Crystal or the manga. DOn't get me wrong, the classic anime has great music, old school hand drawn art and some cool scenes that the other versions don't have and does give you the feeling that these girls spend their school days together and grow into great friends..but It's just that there is absolutely no connection between the arcs, most of the characters are stupid or in usagi's case is crying every episode, and man..there's just a lot of problems that go way beyond the typical filler monster of the week argument. Even the romance in Crystal is just so much better, it's believable and organic. Talking specifically about Cosmos though..yeah you sacrifice the character development for the sailor animates but in exchange you get dark disturbing themes and a story that connects all the way to the dark kingdom arc when Chaos reveals Queen Metalia came out of the Galaxy Cauldron. You sacrifice the sailor starlights character development and the old awesome music but in exchange you get more focus on Eternal sailor moon overcoming her despair. It's really give and take with the old school anime and the Crystal/eternal/cosmos content but I will choose story and mature themes every single time.

@@nworder4life I like both there some Filler episodes that wasn't in Crystal like the the Artemis episode but like better animation in Crystal
