Based on my experience filing a charge with the eeoc is tgat even if they issue you a Right to Sue without a record of investigation, your lawyer wont take your case

IF you are fired, it's God's way of saying WORK FOR YOURSELF. That's my new take. I was fired from a security guard job over a bogus, TOTALLY untrue statement that 2 supervisors (friends of each other) said I made during an assignment. One of the sups simple didn't like me even though I had a brief one time minor encounter with her. Her friend, I never met. I was so blindsided by the statements read to me that I supposedly made. My witnesses weren't contacted until after I was fired. I didn't see this coming. It's clearly a case of character defamation: harm to reputation, loss of job and finances...and no attorney wants to take the case.

I tried to file EEOC Whistle Blower and Discrimination Charges back in 2005 on 3 different occasion against Polo Ralph Lauren in Georgia; but was DENIED by EEOC Intake Supervisor. The first time I was Denied, it was prior to their Retaliated- Wrongful Termination 10/27/2005. However, the 2nd and 3rd time were after I suffered a Corporate Ambush Retaliated-Hostile Wrongful Termination. I presented to Intake Department the followings:(a.) Chronological Timeline, (b.) multiple Discrimination Direct Evidence of derogatory Racial Slurs that my Manager stated and written against me, (c.) copies of multiple Retaliated-Hostile Trump up Written Warnings. But EEOC still stonewalled that forced me to hire an Attorney.

A person was fired because his car was towed so he thought it was stolen it took him sometime to find out and finally someone told him it was towed by another person(neighbor), however they told him because he took time out from work before which was 30 days. He signed up for EAP for personal issues, and I assumed it was in his record. You see he was working at a hospital for quite sometime, transferred over to another place where he worked another position and a much better job. The job told him even if he got there late, he still would have been fired. They also told him because of his personal reason for taking 30 days counted towards that too, which was through EAP. I feel, he was discriminated against for that personal reason as well, so he was fired from such a great job and he was at that hospital for a couple of years. I don't know if that is fare or not. Should he be filing through EEOC?

I had to reach out to investigator three times same question requesting to see Emp position statement. This was over three month period so I wasn’t being pushy. He finally gave them ultimatum file PS or he would subpoena them. I filed electronically Oct 2021 whole on FMLA but had to go online to do intake with inturn that didn’t happen till Feb 2022 Then mediation which now investigation. ADA rights they would not allow me to tele work due to healt issues around masking yet previous year the placed me in cyber just for mentioning i couldn’t wear a mask. They ended up firing me and ignored accommodation requests. Also blocked my UC.

If the eeoc say they have a no resonable cause for your case but they give you a right to sue is that common for the eeoc to give out

I really need a ear to listen to this. I worked for a company that contracted from the federal government. I was injured on the job ,not my fault .The employer layed me off because employee was unable to work. Couldn't draw unemployment due to being injured unable to work which was on my layoff slip. I filled out a complaint with eeoc they contacted me way after the complaint the lady helping me said she was South America and can understand, nut couldn't help and was going to close my complaint . I complained and a African American woman in the background said hang up on him. Referring to myself, I'm white a Male . So my impression was it's only to help black women. Most companies wouldn't touch a black woman, the eeoc backed them, according to a African American male job Steward, he said you want be able to do nothing. I screwed over. Please advise me.

I ended up giving my lay off slip to a dishonest attorney. The layoff slip was valuable to me. They would hang up in my face at eeoc . I later read that the black people that worked for eeoc sued the government. They weren't honest enough to work there. They want help whites.
