    So happy to see a seated workout that doesn’t say “for seniors” or “for women”. Seated workouts can be for everyone!!

      Same! I'm in my forties, but I have a spinal injury and spinal nerve damage. I'm trying to regain core strength after my last surgery. I need to work my core hard, but not be hard on it. The "for seniors" workouts just don't get it.

    Yo. This was the most easily challenging workout I’ve ever done. I’m almost 500 lbs and I did almost the whole 10 mins without breaks. Modified some parts. Went all in on others. Will continue to use this when I’m not able to go to the gym.

      Feels like you did a lot of planks, and laying down work outs. But at least this ex. Are much easier to follow.

    Ty . I am a former competitive bb. I have 3 hernias and an abdominal tear. All needing surgery ( and various orthopedic surgeries)
    I am 55 and also recovering from cancer and two surgeries…
    I need to train my core…

    I'm an avid exerciser and just recently sustained a gnarly ankle sprain making my regular routines impossible to perform.     I started Ozembic 9 months again and was losing weight but wanted to up my fitness. I started working out but I have terrible back problems. I love that your chair workouts are low intensity but still hard enough to feel like I’m working. I workout with your videos everyday. 90lbs Down!

    Well.....that was intense. I felt the burn and it felt great. I just began my weight loss journey and this low impact workout was just what I need. I followed mostly the modified version but I'm so looking forward to the day I can do the regular. Thank you so much for helping out those who are not exactly gym ready. You ROCK!!

    As a Lady of barely 45 years. 3 children, hypothyroidism due to cancer twice(full thyroidectomy) setting off fibromyalgia, CFS, RLS and landing me on disability for the last 14 years. I dislocated my left knee in January 2024. Being on the floor is not conducive yet. I'm trying to build strength in my core just as a general rule but also for a dance class I recently started. Your video was great. I felt it without feeling stressed by it. I did sweat but had zero issues keeping up. The minutes flew by and you kept me on the edge of my seat, 😉..

      Knee issues shouldn't stop you from getting healthier and stronger. Other parts of the body need to be worked on as well. When the knees are ready, then we go in gently and get those knees strong! Keep on striving for improvement.

    Where have I been. Just found this video today. Did two on my lunch break, & I am sweating like I spent an hour in the gym. I love it. ❤❤❤. I had the eating right down. I love cooking healthy.     I truly appreciate you. I've recently had foot surgery therefore I have mobility issues. Your workouts have kept my body moving & my mind from going CRAZY! Being complacent when you're normally busy biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, cross training, jump roping and hula hooping is EXTREMELY difficult. So I appreciate you more than words can say.

    Oh my word this work out is Wikkid!! 👍🏽👍🏽 I’ve been skipping pass this video for the past couple days and today 9/26/23 I decided to check it out and woooow!!! I’ve been missing an awesome workout!! It’s 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I feel so energized after. I tell you after you said breathe baby breathe I realized I was holding my breath 😂😂😅😂 love this workout!! Thanks!! Recently my doctor recommended I do chair workouts as most times my old foot injury act up and I’m not able to do regular exercises. Perfect time thankfully I was able to keep up the whole 10 minutes!

    I injured my foot in which I had to restrict my activity in order for my foot to heal. It has been 5 days & I need 3 or 4 more days to completely recover. So far I have Completed 3 workouts this week. You are a life saver as I could not go 10 days without working out.

    Greetings from Poland! You are a very positive person, I'm glad I found your channel. It helps me a lot, 2 months ago I had an accident, I broke my knee and so far I can't put any weight on it. Your workouts allow me to exercise my upper body without affecting my knee. I love these workouts! (of course I consult them with my physiotherapist) Thank you! 💪😁

I used to be competitive level at my sport, then got deadly sick abroad and now I have chronic fatigue- but your video and workout style has really helped and inspire me, I hope I can get my body back or at least close, but this video (finally) gives me hope for that. thank you again!

    Thank you. Because of these ten minute workouts, I have felt and now see the difference. I have a long way to go, but I will keep working with you. Believe it or not, I was able to polish my own toenails for my daughter's wedding. I haven't been able to do that for years. My knees just don't work with stand-up exercises.     I stared doing the sitting workout with Donnovan since March 2nd 2024and I can clearly see the difference in my body! I started to wear clothes that were tight on me 3 weeks ago and I’m feeling stronger and no longer huffing and puffing as I do the work out and I can walk a little longer, my core feels better and stronger!! I thank GOD I found this channel and thank GOD for Donnovan as well!!

    Donnovan, I don’t know if you are still doing this right now but I have to put this out there, I found your channel and since march 2 of 2024 I’ve been working out with your videos twice a day and I can already see a different in my body, I’m stronger especially since I have severe arthritis on both knees! My stomach is down and I can truly say that you inspire me to keep going at every work out! Thank for your videos, I’m sure you have impacted lots of people, GOD bless you!!

    After a total left knee replacement in 2021, then coming down with the omicron civic virus in 2023, then long vivid symptoms that didn't get addressed till August of 2024, that is allowing me to do your exercise program. Will be doing the routine 3 times a week to get my weight down and build up my body stamina, with your help of a seated workout.

    Never done a seated ab workout until this one and about halfway through I felt it working. I did a few of the modified ones as my core isn't that strong, but I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow.
    Fun little quote I like to use when I'm sweating, "It's not sweat, it's your fat cells crying."

    This was really an amazing workout ...targets the core ....I'm recovering from an injury and cannot do standing workouts and this is been so helpful

    This was killer - been recovering from foot surgery and am in a cast and can’t bear weight so have been doing chair workouts. This was awesome! Had some modifications but really a challenge. Thanks!

    Your abs workouts are great. I'm diabetic and if I do sit-ups or crunches or any lying abs exercises pretty soon I am sick. It is thought to be caused by either sugar in the stomach or my medication. But with your seated routine, I feel fine and I can feel the effect on my abs the next day.

    Dear sir,
    Thank you for these workouts. I stand all day long and I’m exhausted when I get home.
    These kind of workouts are perfect for me and I’m sweating at the end them.
    My knees thank you as well.

    Thank you for this, it was great. I much prefer to exercise while sitting because I become dizzy if I move my head around a lot.

    I saved your video months ago. I was going through my stuff this morn and saw the video again. I just watched the full video sitting on my butt. But today, u have inspired me to get up and do it. You are soooo inspirational and above anything else, you are real. You actually did the video while talking and showing us the moves. That is so impressive because it's hard to talk and work out at the same time. Thank you Donovan. YOU ARE MEANT TO INSPIRE AND YOU HAVE. You made me want to get moving. That's saying a lot.     Love these workouts. I am 63 yr old and almost 200 lbs…. So not good. (I’ve been 212 before). I’ve gone from 5’3” to 5’1” in the last 5 years since back surgery (which left me worse off than I was before). Dx with osteoarthritis with bone and bone in left hip, looking at hip surgery. Way past time to be in better shape. So starting with 10 minute chair exercise that challenge me enough, but not enough for me to think, “I can’t do this” or “I am just gonna quit because it is too hard”. It’s 10 minutes!! Surely I can do 10 minutes and I am doing the 10 minutes. If I need to I modify…I just modify, but I’m moving, Praise God! Thank you Donnavon for your videos and encouragement. Thank you for variety. I can do different ones and not get bored. AND I always feel better afterwards Win/Win😊

    Yes, challenging but not too hard. When it gets too easy I can add weights. Love It
