Thank you for sharing your knowledge and the skills of your craft to the world. The tutorial is precise, no fuss. Pam makes what normally looks so complicated very simple. I hope to try candle making one day using her method. Be blessed and best success for your business.

How gracious of you to share.. I just got started in home candle making and I had no idea.... you gave great tips which I will surely use my whole candle-making experience. Thank you from Canada.. Love and Peace Catherine
This is the best explanation on how to make candles ive ever seen. This channel totally deserves way more subs then it has. She would have a million subs plus if she did her own channel on candle making. Heck teaching anything the way she explains things would do well i believe
Pamela did a wonderful job, her poise and pleasant countenance is blessed thing. Bob, Thank you for sharing your life’s work and the wonderful people who work along side you.
This is the BEST video I have seen on candle making. I wish I had seen this video years ago when I tried my hand at making candles. You are so well organized and make some nice products.
She is beautiful! She glows and her eyes are enchanting! She explains things clearly, cheerfully, and in an engaging, hands on way. This is by far the best candle making presentation I have ever seen. I would love to begin making candles as well. I have a lot of moulds I was given. Now I am not afraid to start.
Just an update, I have made beeswax candles , I had a ton of Mann Lake ltd molds I was given for free, I’ve been making candles, they’ve all turned out good, I’m now testing them before giving them out. I tested using cappings wax and lower grade brown beeswax. I was getting sinkholes in my candles after pouring, so I found that by putting the beeswax-filled moulds immediately into my oven that has been pre-warmed by the Oven light (and keep it on during this process) on a cookie sheet, they did not have tunneling , or sinkholes in the wax due to cooling too fast. It really helped. I also found during testing that my unprimed wicks tended to snuff themselves out before reaching the wax. I thought if I primed just the first inch of the wick that was to go into the top of the candle (bottom of the mould) that it would fix that problem, and I wouldn’t have to prime the whole wick as primed wick is hard to get through and pull through the candle mould holes.
This video was extremely helpful and I’ll be referencing it over and over. Thanks for sharing the details such as wick size and where you get packaging. The extra tips, such as leveling, were useful.
I just made my first beeswax candles...it really is such a quiet, peaceful activity. Maybe candles for Christmas presents this year...Thanks for the information. Oh and guy in the comments, thanks for the link! :)
Thank you so much for this video. Pamela is my new hero. Thank you for just simply stating the wick sizes. So many of the how to videos give no info about the wax or temp or wick size. Thank you very much from a clueless candle hobbyist in Rio Rancho, NM.
@@bobbinnie9872 😂 thanks for the reply, I often considered that. I just spent a day binge watching Beeswax renderings out of no where. Literally just finished watching my 5th one. I do say, I learned the most and enjoyed yours best.
that was so kind of you mam and sir to share your knowledge. One thing I would advice you mam while you were trying to pour hot wax please wear gloves and a face shield as well for protection. video is super explanatory with detailed insight. Love from INDIA
Pam and Bob, thank you so much for the excellent video demonstrating step by step beeswax candle making. I've recently taken up this hobby and your video has helped me tremendously. Luv your workshop!!
This is a very clear, detailed and thorough explanation of how to make candles. I will try to make a few with the little wax with which I always end up after extracting honey out of my few hives. Thank you!
Fantastic video! I'm a hobby beekeeper with about 40 hives. I've been accumulating all of my wax for the past several years. I still have yet to attempt making candles, however I already purchased the supplies. This video was exactly what I needed to see. Nicely narrated too. Very helpful. I'd love to see more of your wax melting equipment. I subscribed and I'll certainly check out your other videos. Thanks again for taking the time to create and share this video 🐝🐝🐝☮️☯️
Just starting to research candle making and came across your channel. Great video and tutorial! Pamela is so cute and very sweet. Best of luck with your business!
Cool! I’m looking forward to making cosmetics and candles and a furniture wax finish that comes from a 16th century recipe I found in an old manuscript in my book collection. Most of this will go to make a custom furniture repair filler (from that same book). I’m new to bees and having good luck in following your videos so far. Thanks for yet another great idea to make another profit line in our businesses! Years ago when I made candles we used a hot air gun to warm the molds first so they cooled a bit slower…no sink holes
I'm watching y'all from little England :) IYou've done such a great job in explaining and demonstrating this great craft. Thank you guys for sharing your skills and knowledge.
bonza video. fantasically narrated and shown. and also none of that ruddy music that most DIY videos seem to have. subscribing to you. thankyou both for taking the time to film this. God bless
Wow beautiful!! I have always wanted to get into making candles 🕯 but for some reason it has intimidated me. You explained it so thoroughly. I think your video has been the simplest to follow along with. Thank you
Was a pleasure meeting you in Tennessee. Thanks for your generosity in sharing your wisdom and knowledge. I looked through the comments for the wonderful work tables you have there can you please provide a manufacturer?
Really wonderful and very soothing video. Would love to know how many times a single mold one could use? Does old molds create problem with design because it disfigured?
We get a lot of pours out of most of our molds as long as we are careful with them. Perhaps hundreds. Old molds usually don't cause a total disfigure but just begin to show flaws.
You did a great job explaining the process! By the way, if you didn't package the candles you would be dusting them continously, some dust just embeds itself in wax, after all the hard work it takes to clean the wax. No to mention folks picking them up then putting them back with their dirty bacteria laden hands. You were very detailed and made it easy to understand. A very good tutorial. Great video. Thanks
Thoroughly enjoyed the video. Very helpful and explained everything clearly. I just ordered some molds myself and hope to start practicing soon. God bless!
l love the sweet, honeyed, floral aroma of beeswax. Just wonderful. your workshop probably smells divine. when l was in grade school l was taught to make my own beeswax 🕯️. All you need is a candle Wick and beeswax pre-formed into sheets. Simply roll the beeswax around the wick and you're done.
This is a crazy amount of information. I am blown away by your willingness to share this openly. Truly giving back to beekeepers.
You are so good at explaining the entire process! I sincerely appreciate the zero amount of waste! Thank you, Pam and Bob~
