    Tricia: "No Chacho, stay back,."
Chacho: "But... But I must smell the lizards' butts!"

I am always excited to see you and your lovely babies 🐾 🦎
Take your time as you feel is best and no rush on the newest addition 🦎 🐢
German shepherds are great 🐕‍🦺 They're one of my top favorite breeds. I had 1 previously and 2 German shepherd mixes now. I didn't plan or intend for that but am blessed to have these babies.
You have to be ready for more than the high energy.
They can be EXTREMELY HIGH MAINTENANCE and high strung for some people.
They are a herding dog by nature and much of that is still in their genes no matter how domesticated they are. They require constant training in order to work them mentally and physically. They should be worked daily.
-busy, nervous, anxious energy. Working them and training constantly helps
*Some are extremely picky eaters & food strikes
-high energy, working dog originally used for herding on acres of land
They're called shedding shepherds for a reason
They're double coated, consists of an undercoat and top coat.
-infinite sweat equity & financial equity due to their fur, having double coats. Their fur is extremely hard on vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, sticks to everything like velcro (clothes, linens, carpets, auto interior, washer & dryer)
They can be nosier than other breeds.
Noisy with barking, heavy breathing (even in a/c), hyperness, tails thumping on things like walls & furniture, heavy footed and every step is heard.
-One of the top 10 most intelligent dog breeds
    -extremely loyal
    -Protective
    -Family oriented
Despite everything I said it's not meant to scare but to be aware. They are phenomenal dogs 😍 They're a lot of energy and work too. Most people are not compatible with dogs such as this breed or ones that are similar. These are just some things to consider to determine optimal compatibility with your personality, lifestyle, family, and so forth

My lacerta literally leapt out of his enclosure the other day when he saw I had a cup of dusted roaches. Which meant the roaches were dumped and he was off to the races 😂. Everything is food to Yoshi and he will taste test everything so I don’t hold him.
    This was a fun video!

Do you have any suggestions on the chameleon I should get, I have everything and the screen enclosure , but idk what species of chameleon to get?

    • @reptiliangarden
      @reptiliangarden  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

The easiest to find are veiled chameleons! They are known to be sassy though. Panther chameleons are a little more chill, but you still have to give them their space. Both species can be found at framschams.com and you can use the discount code: reptiliangarden25 to save $25 bucks!
