Lived and loss through Michael in `18, I have no good words for the losses and none for the blessings then or since. My wife lived through a ride out team in a hospital on the Bay. I evacuated with the girls. None of us have been the same since. In the past, I dismissed my wife's feelings that deployments had changed me. My wife isn't the same and I have a better feel now for her insight. I hope to love my wife and girls better. I only offer that to suggest that vessels will be placed before you to pour in your love. I don't know GOD's mind or plan, but I get an inkling this is on the short list. I pray for your healing and that vessels be before you.

I was quite moved by your talk. Was not expecting that when I clicked on your video. I live in the city now, but all us city folk are not ignorant. I did live in Todd for a while and definitely understand mountain life. I wanted to tell you that I lost someone very precious to me as well. My soulmate of over thirty years, the mother of my daughter quite unexpectedly as well. It was in 2017. It changes you forever. Some never come back from the pain. I felt your pain. During my journey I found something that helped me and I want to give it to you in the hope that, in time, it may help you on your journey. When the time comes you feel like swinging a hammer in front of a camera again, we’ll be here; you inspired me to build my own ribbon burner forge, and I look forward to learning more from you someday.

I can't put to words how sad I am for you. This is a situation I couldn't imagine being in myself, but with that being said, I'm also extremely happy to see you up and moving around, and even making a TH-cam video for everyone. It takes serious stones and will, to do that and I'm grateful to see you still going. Also, I don't know if you remember me, probably not cuz its been a long time, but I was the Marine starting out smithing a few years back, and on FB I asked you for some tips and whatnot, and you always helped me. Hell, even the memes shared was fucking awesome. What you don't know is that you helped save me from myself. I strolled onto your page years ago when you were still in the apartment, and still using the propane tank forge, before you even got the ribbon burner setup for it. Your channel got me into smithing, but thats enough kissing ass for now lol. I do want to offer something for you. Long story short, my forge was shitty and not working really, and I saw you make your "box forge" with the ribbon burner setup. I asked if you would help me out to build one and you immediately sent me the blueprints you drew up for it, and it works perfectly. I'm incredibly grateful to you and all the tips and stuff I've learned from this channel. What I want to offer you, is that same forge I built, based on your design. Doesn't have to be now, or even in the near future, but its yours. All you have to do is ask whenever you're ready. You helped save me and helped me out immensely, and I'd really like to give back to you brother. It's alright if you don't want it either lol, I won't take offense. It is yours though, just say the word. I hope your trip in the Appalachians helps you to heal and you find some sort of peace along the way. So sorry for your loss man, that really kicked me in the gut being a widower since 2015. I feel your pain and for being "strong " its important to process what happened, time will make things not easier but more manageable, at least it was for me. Iam so sorry to hear this. As a volunteer first responder search and rescue i was in the area's. I wish you the best. Please let me know if there is anything some of us can do to help. Iam in the Catawba Valley area of Virginia and there is lots of trail heads on the AT that you can hope off of.
I can't put to words how sad I am for you. This is a situation I couldn't imagine being in myself, but with that being said, I'm also extremely happy to see you up and moving around, and even making a TH-cam video for everyone. It takes serious stones and will, to do that and I'm grateful to see you still going.
Also, I don't know if you remember me, probably not cuz its been a long time, but I was the Marine starting out smithing a few years back, and on FB I asked you for some tips and whatnot, and you always helped me. Hell, even the memes shared was fucking awesome. What you don't know is that you helped save me from myself. I strolled onto your page years ago when you were still in the apartment, and still using the propane tank forge, before you even got the ribbon burner setup for it. Your channel got me into smithing, but thats enough kissing ass for now lol.
I do want to offer something for you. Long story short, my forge was shitty and not working really, and I saw you make your "box forge" with the ribbon burner setup. I asked if you would help me out to build one and you immediately sent me the blueprints you drew up for it, and it works perfectly. I'm incredibly grateful to you and all the tips and stuff I've learned from this channel. What I want to offer you, is that same forge I built, based on your design. Doesn't have to be now, or even in the near future, but its yours. All you have to do is ask whenever you're ready. You helped save me and helped me out immensely, and I'd really like to give back to you brother. It's alright if you don't want it either lol, I won't take offense. It is yours though, just say the word.
I hope your trip in the Appalachians helps you to heal and you find some sort of peace along the way. Everyone here has your back, and if they don't.... well.... like you mentioned about having good health insurance.

Mate, I feel for you. A lot of Australians went through this in the 2019/20 bushfires. It leaves you numb; the best thing is to keep active and set goals. Little ones that are easily achievable.
