Sephuz's Secret can proc if you cleanse(dispell) a friendly target, also if you stun a target. Any kind of a CC, interrupt or Cleanse(dispell) will activate it. However, has to be successful for it to proc. Overall really good guide and decent tips and tricks.

Your guide is really good for someone who just healed timewalking and regular mythics. If I aim to get any tier set, what ilvl should tier 19 be? I mean without no ahead of the curve I am not sure what pugs I'll get into. Is there at any low ilvl the bonus stops being worth it?

Tier 19 2-set is so good right now, even the base mythic one will last you a very long time or if you do get 925+ it will probably last you Antorus as well!

With tier 20 4-set, efflo and prosperity build seems to work as good if not better (especially with melee heavy comps)
