To be honest I'm actually pretty surprised that Velens hasn't gotten nerfed yet since it's basically #1 BiS for most healing specs and almost like a must-use in 1 slot. Part of me just wants it to get nerfed to open the door up for more variation in class-specific legendary combos so I don't have to feel gimped running without it. One solid combo I can think of is running Prosperity + Chameleon helm + Archdruid ring for the start of the new raid in 4 piece T20. SoTF wild growths in tree form, with cultivation (and spring blossoms/inner peace depending on the fight).. seems really solid for mythic progression imo (germination seems like it will be losing a lot of value next tier with T19 getting dumpstered). Maybe give it a shot there Mr madskillz. :)
having viable choices sounds really good. im looking forward to new T21 set and trying out some legendary combinations :)
You mentioned a very important thing, you should not use chameleon on certain bosses. On certain bosses there is a high chance of wasting the proc, people get mad and say its a bad legendary. On the other hand you have to watch out with healing logs/statistics, people who healed a lot with this legendary still have (lucky?) procs at the best times during the fight.

thought if you switched forms while it procced you just switch back out of form to get back into tree.
like if you need to soak in bear and then come out healing, your base humanoid form becomes tree of life.
i cant live with out my shoulders they are so useful
The helm is awfull. Was playing with it as I had no other solid choices and I remember that rage when it procced exactly when boss stopped doing dmg to the raid.
In T21 I am going for Ekowrath + Prydaz + Amantul + Class trink.
