*So amazingly quiet and **Fastly.Cool** in my room! 42db is at a whisper level. I bought 2 and installed myself.Very sturdy bracket and easy to adjust to fit windows of different size. Absolutely fabulous units!!*
Most of it was done very well. However a big Zero for the Hero who popped outside with no safety gear or restrain.I have personally witnessed an aftermath of an aircon man 15 storey free fall .Not a pretty sight unless you are a medical professional. Take good care of the safety of every one working on high rise projects like this. Electrical safety using just the plastic extension screw on terminal is a big no no. You guys on the right track improve on the areas I mentioned.Wish you the best.

@@farhanmustafa6506 1-The support plate is incorrectly mounted. 2-The high and low pressure copper pipes must be in separate insulation, especially in this case where it is a hot/cold unit. 3-The connection cable with the outdoor unit must never be passed inside the insulation, it must never be in contact with the copper pipes. 4-When adjusting the nuts with the two wrenches, you use the wrong force, the angle of the wrenches in this maneuver must always close, never open, otherwise the pipes can be irreversibly deformed. 5-You have left an uninsulated terminal block within easy reach of anyone. 6-The union of the insulators of the indoor unit with those of the connection pipes to the outdoor unit is wrong, they go exactly the other way around, those that come out of the indoor unit, inside the insulation of the pipes, to avoid leaks of water from condensation.
Setahu saya paip air bila diubah kekiri nanti air akan ada bertakung pada saluran kanan.Sebabnya sepanjang longkang laluan air tu lebih condong kekanan.
Tak bang... York AC mmg boleh kiri kanan paip airnya, rumah sy 4 unit semua alih ke kiri sbb paip copper semua conseal dlm dinding. Alhamdulillah dh 4 thn tak ada apa2 isu.
