Can you change how long the moonlight is on for? 6 hours is a bit much for me going off at 5pm, they will be on until 11... Not a fan of that.
Hello, is there a way to schedule when the storms occur? I have a terrarium and would like to set it so the lights coordinate with the misting system!
New system, new battery in remote (yes, I did remove the plastic barrier), no response from controller! Controller does power-up with display looking normal. Ideas? THX!

All you need to do is program an on and off time? And during those hours the light will automatically go through morning day and night?
I'm having a hard time figuring out how to program the hours I want it to automatically go from day,sunset ND night. Any help?
Yes, this is correct - you simply need to program the ON time and what time the light should begin to turn OFF.

Would the dual Led set up be adequate for sps/lps corals? If so, what's the suggested setting for the Leds?

Hello, I have a 36” ic led on my reef tank and im getting a 36” marine led light tonight and I’m wondering if I can control them together with the loop controller or if I’m going to need to control them separately? Thanks
Hi - You can control them together, the second light should plug directly into your Lighting HUB
I have a problem, recently, I bought this light, I want to program it to turn on at 10.00AM, and turn off at 18.00PM (6.00), but it does not turn off automatically, and I have done everything as the video shows, any advice please
Make sure you press "Resume Timer" after programming the light. Also, make sure your Sunset time is set to start to shut off at 16:30 and that your moonlight color is either 0% colors or a low blue color as Moonlight runs 6 hurs.
@CurrentUSA Hello dear CS team i have a question., i set on/off time on my (current usa orbit marine led) exactly the same it is guided in the video, but still on/off time does not work. So every time it need to be on/off manually, may i know how can i fix it?
Hello current USA I have brought one of these and have had it for about a year now. The light extension sliders to hold it over the tank rusted out and put rust inside the light ruined my water quality severely killing hundreds of dollars worth of live stock . Warranty on this ??

How do I adjust the moonlight duration?
I set my on off times however my off time is still too bright how can i fix that? I Rather it look like the moonlight. Is there an automatic setting? I am also having trouble connecting it to my phone via Bluetooth with the app.
You can fix it by changing the white intensity for night time otherwise you need whites so the coral can grow, the blue light is more for show. You need 10 hours of whites and 2-4 hours of pure blue(nighttime)in most cases. Most people like to have 1 hour of blue ramping up in the morning and 2-4 hours of blue at night to simulate sunrise,sunset, and moonlight.

I bought the loop pro 24" lamp for my Nano tank. I deceided to go with a bigger tank ( 55 gal) tank and bought another set up so now I have two led lights, two loop controllers, two pads. and two power cords. When I connected it up I only used one of the controllers. 1 pad connected it two both led lights. I also used both power cords. hooked one to light first only one light lit. So I connected second power to other power and both lights lit. everything worked setting clock, time on, time off. Can even adjust colors, but it doesn"t turn lights with timer I haave to to use power button to turn on- off. Can anybody help?
i have similar problem, on my led On/Off time does not work, every time it need to be on/off manually. Have you already fixed the issue?
Each time I set my colors, I hit the enter/resume and the light immediately turns off. It completely stopped doing the cycle and won't change until I change it. On/off feature is set. Anyone had this issue and can help me correct it? Never noticed a sunset to night mode either. So confusing even with videos.
Hi Brooke - if you reach out to us via our website, we can help you with this. It's shouldn't turn off after pressing the Enter/Resume, but its likely an easy fix.

Hi Luis - make sure you program the color spectrum of your moonlight. And when your done programming or using any on-demand modes, make sure you press the "Resume" key to put the light back into the automatic timer mode."

Why can’t I get it to cut off at the shut off time , and is there a wait for it to shut off , the light is easy to setup hard to understand .
