I got a 1987 Fiero GT when I graduated college in 1991- and thought it was the coolest car in the world…UNTIL I saw this. I was crushed. Still am. Incredible Miata buddy!
I have a similar Yonaka issue in that the internal fixings have deteriorated over the last 2 years. As a result something inside rattles especially at resonant frequencies.
very nice! I have a 91 BRG as well, #3650..which car is this one? Mine is still in 'good' condition, but its been driven quite a bit..I'm at 186k miles. It went through a 300whp turbo set up that i removed, and the motor and everything is still good. Granted mine has the lightweight flywheel, upgraded clutch, intake, header/exhaust, etc...its still nearly fully stock looking. Very fun cars...Its been stored in my garage since i bought it in 2014 and now have it up for sale, but my 2yo loves getting in it and driving down the street in it...not sure if I can actually bring myself to sell it so I may remove the listing! XD Beautiful car, glad to see this thing in such pristine condition! Out of 4000 BRGs made, I know many are totaled and off the road now. So they are rarer every year.
Being a Canadian car, it's not one of the numbered 4,000 that where sold to the US. It's rumored we got 1,000 here, though there are no official published production numbers, and we are not able to identify what production number we are out of that run. No dedication plaque or anything like yours. They also brought BRG back in 1994 in Canada, so you can find 94-97 BRGs here with tan leather or black base cloth interiors unlike the US where BRG was truly 91 BRG only.
Pretty cool to throw in some review videos on the channel on cars a lot of people can relate to. You definitely won't have trouble finding more owners/cars to interview 😁
@BrettHart27 They are the only option for a summer tire for my 14"s, so I don't really have any other options. I am quite happy with them, they grip like crazy and have lasted a long time. However, they are incredibly loud and you have to drive very cautiously in the wet, its warm weather summer only tire for sure. If I could get a less high performance summer in this size that'd be my preference but it's 200TW summers or no name all seasons only in 185 or 195 /60r14 so the Falkens are my best, and only option.
@@davisharr Thanks for your reply. I think I will opt for another brand. Having grip in the wet, in my thinking, is more important than having grip in the dry.
gorgeous miata Harrison! take care of her!!! @miata man i have a question, how can i cycle the abs pump to bleed my new brake lines on a 94 M edition that does have the abs pins in the diagnostics port. im at a loss and i really miss driving her
Easy to understand why this is a "forever" car! Great work Harrison. And thank you for all your inspiration, Miata Man! 😎

Thanks for coming to see the car, glad you liked it!!
Was this recent? Aren't you living on the mainland now?
@@rakfintvids I'm back on the island as of about 3 months ago. Mainland life was not for me!!

My favorite NA!
Beautiful, love your respect for this car.
Great looking 91.
Love the video, you should do more features of cars you work on / visit you from time to time (if the owners are okay with it of course)

Are you happy with your Falkens?
Would you buy them again?
Or which other brand, if trying something else?

Where is the boot rack from? Can't find a slim one.
The boot rack was on it from day one.
It was a fairly common option in North America on the early MX-5 Miatas.
