Great video Gaston. As a former owner of an MX-5 Miata (for reasons to dumb to admit online, I sold my Miata and have been sad ever since), I can say with authority this car is the best roadster of all time. Period. I have driven many other cars, including sports cars. You name them. I've driven them extensively. The Miata is in a class all of its own. And your video on the 1991 British Racing Green model is the best in the web. Hands down. Thanks for giving special attention to this model. It deserves it. This model is on my bucket list of the remainder of my life to become an owner, hopefully of a model similar to the one you showcase and review here. Please keep up the good work guys. God Bless.
I dig it and I have same year miata and mostly original but I got it for my enjoy and pleasure not the next persons ... not being rude but I never understood y ppl want to keep such low mile original stuff , like u get a car to drive and enjoy in my eyes so never understood ppl that keep it fresh for next person ... again am by no means trying to be mean or rude I am just genuinely curious y ppl do that but see mine as I enjoy it and get so made the "purests" as I have heard them referred to ... idk just rambling tbh lol like the vid my brotha peace n love stay safe and keep it rad ✌🏽🤘🏼💪🏽
Exactly what I had back in switzerland. Noticeable with the mazda sticker instead logo/emblem on the front. Bought 32k chf, Mine came with momo steering wheel, sebring exhaust tip, eibach coil and so on from the dealer, no hard top. I drove it all over EU until 97 and put 65k in it, sold it for 6500 chf then went back to Indonesia, nice and fun car to drive. You guys look too big on it, Im asian just fit right LOL.
I have a special edition BRG 1994 with top & interior tan an MSS1 radio with 10 speakers and the ones in the door have tears stainless covers! I never seen another one like this one must be rare as well!
I had a choice between a dealership Sunburst Yellow 90’ Miata at 63,000 miles for 11k or a Silver 91 Miata at 193,000 miles privately owned at $6000. I got the Silver miata with the hardtop, garaged all it’s life, at $4500 and have begrudgingly put $2800 into it. I’m not sure what was the better decision after watching this video. I think I made the financially responsible decision but god damn would I have loved to have that near mint Miata. Still, I fucking love my silver miata so much.
It sounds like you did the right thing. Enjoy your car and if in a few months/years you still feel like you need a mint, low milage, you go for it. You love your car and that’s all that matters!
Man this is the colour 😍 ever since a child I can remember their being a beautiful miata that sat at the back of my mums street .. never knew whom owned it but id walked past her every morning and evening to and from school and she has the same paint work only rocking different style rims (believe they were the 3 spoke type mazda produced) only spray painted in cheap rattle can gold which genuinely still to this day makes me angry to think why someone would do some dumb shit like that other than if your banger racing 🤣 The paint tho was the exact same code as this example only yours being much more presentable and polished up 🤌 although miata doesn't like people above the hight of 6t she's still the all time favourite and if I could win the lottery .. this would be the colour for sure 👌🏻 18j Emerald Green - also known as mica grace green (recently had a good friend whom owned his own paint company) make me some as it was brought up in conversation and I genuinely thought the colour was discontinued for good but he said "yeah the colour is discontinued but not the code 😉" within a week he had a tub of it and I nearly past out when he sent me the photo 😅😅😅😅 (for context I don't own a car myself yet but I love to build scale models as a hobby and this is the recent project we have been working on)
Haha I saw you filming this, I was in the blue dodge caravan. Nice video man!
Ha! Wow small world! Thanks for watching. Cheers!
I had the same 1991 BRG Mazda Miata SE but with Nardi wooden steering wheel & gear knob!

Thank you very much, Jose. Your support is appreciated. Thanks for the insight and much luck on your search for the right Miata! 💪
Thanks!
That '91 BRG was what I learned to drive a stick in.
Im so proud to own a 91 BRG, such a history and a beautiful car.

You can see the repaint pock marks on the top of the passenger fender flat next to the A pillar at 9:30
In Japan, this cool sports car and originally dub as the Mazda MX-5 Eunos Roadster.

Kafka on the shore moment
Picking up a BRG this weekend, 65k original miles and it’s bone stock, with all recipes from dealership maintenance
Love the Miata fb I just followed !

You could have banked off that yellow. Its worth lots of.money now.
Shoulda chose the yellow
I daily drive a 1991 BRG, I love it!
What is brg miata paint code? It looks darker than the 1991 brg miata. What is the reason of this?
It’s factory paint. Maybe some filter on the video .
I had one . It was a blast to own . Sold it to some chef and she totaled it parking it in SOHO NYC . What a shame .
Oh no 🤦♂️
Nope, they made 4000 of them, not rare compared to Sunburst yellow I'm 1992, only 1519 of them.
Rare is rare, some are just more than others
Excellent videos.
Congratulations #1
i got 384 of 4000☺️
mine came with little oem spoiler from factory
Kafka on the shore😊
Great video. Thank you👍🇺🇸
Thank you!
That’s a 1.8 valve cover on a 1.6?
Videos are great!
Glad you enjoyed. Thank you!
I think you'll be lucky to get $12K
very lucky. Just bought the same car with 16k miles for 5.5k
@@davidklemp8406 where!?
Mazda mx5 na california is rarest, only 300 models, only right wheel drive
My 94' Laguna Blue C-Package is far more rare than a BRG... Not really rare TBH...
The 2001 SE only 1500 were built in BRG.
This is true, but 1st gen Cars are a little more coveted
"WoW LoOk At ThAt ReD HeAdEr(s)" You guys don't know shit about cars lmao
Your comment actually made me LOL. Thank you.
I'm glad you responded, you need to educate your friend lol@@GastonRossato
I got 2 :D

@@GastonRossato I will 🥰

The paint tho was the exact same code as this example only yours being much more presentable and polished up 🤌 although miata doesn't like people above the hight of 6t she's still the all time favourite and if I could win the lottery .. this would be the colour for sure 👌🏻
18j Emerald Green - also known as mica grace green (recently had a good friend whom owned his own paint company) make me some as it was brought up in conversation and I genuinely thought the colour was discontinued for good but he said "yeah the colour is discontinued but not the code 😉" within a week he had a tub of it and I nearly past out when he sent me the photo 😅😅😅😅 (for context I don't own a car myself yet but I love to build scale models as a hobby and this is the recent project we have been working on)
