Most of the times I've been in Israel have been during mid summer to early fall. I have to chuckle at the idea of 37 degrees being hot when the normal temperatures where I have lived most of my life exceeded that that by a bit. Warm, yes. But nothing new for me. But certainly a wonder to be there at any time of year.
Fifty years ago, when I first went at the age of 19, the strongest impression left was that of going "home". My heart has always been at home in Israel ever since.

    Amazing video guys! Really !!!
    just one thing:
mount Hermon is not the only place in winter where it can drop to below freezing. and definitely not a little bit below freezing (it can reach below 0 degrees Fahrenheit up there)
the average low temperature in Jerusalem for example in January is 4-5 degrees C (38-42F) and usually drops to below freezing in the valleys around the city at least 2-3 times a year. snow flurries can be seen once or twice a year and a major snow accumulation (8 inches+) once every 3-4 years. 2013-2015 Jerusalem experienced 4 blizzards of more than 8 inches each with the major one being the 3 days snow storm of December 2013 that dropped almost 3 feet of snow on the higher neighborhoods, and keep in mind that the upper Gallilee and the Golan are higher in elevation and colder than Jerusalem. actually even Nazareth can experience snow once in a while. the last time was 2015 when it snowed twice. not much accumulated though, hardly an inch and a half.
saying that, you can also expect to have a "heatwave" in the middle of the winter that can bring the temperature up to 20 degrees even in Jerusalem.
    * cool-chilly winter storms that are wet are usually low pressure from central Europe(or as west as italy) that goes all the way over the sea, soaks up the moist and rains on Israel.
    * the colder winter fronts that are usually also drier, sometimes with zero rain are usually high pressure from Russia directly hitting Israel from the north-east with an inland route. usually the temperatures in the valleys go to below 0 degrees for a few nights.
    * the dry heatwaves from Africa...
once the summer goes away taking the subtropical high pressure enough to the south with it ... the weather in Israel begins being affected by these three factors.

If you’re going to Israel, these videos make your trip all the more meaningful. If you’ve been to Israel, these videos make your trip all the more meaningful. You’re the winner both ways. Thank you Sergio and Rhoda. Your videography is artful, delightful, and downright good! Your love of Jesus enhances my own. I hope you create a video about Orson Hyde and his dedication trip, while including the Mount of Olives park named for him. It is a gem of a place and a fine way to approach the sacred Garden of Gethsemane.

Thank you for all your work. I was just in Isreal the last week of October and it was beautiful, perfect weather and crowds were manageable. Visited your suggestions in our own and now I can’t wait to go back again Lol... It was incredible to be there. Definitely recommend anyone to make this a priority travel place. I didn’t think I was going to visit here till my retired years but I made it a priority to go and God opened the opportunity. Traveled with our 4 year old and and it was just a blast, my little boy couldn’t stop talking about it, even in the flight back home was telling other kids about Jesus. It was such a blessing. Thank you again. Sending prayers and love from California. Shalom 🙏❤️

Im so happy you posted this. My Pastor always said that Israel is like Tucson Az. We get the monsoons, then the cold winters, beautiful springs & hot summers. Our weather is just like yours. Including the desert. But we dont have camels or the Dead Sea. We have snow on the top of Mt. Lemmon and skiing as well.

Thank you for sharing all your beautiful and quite informative videos; I visited Jerusalem Twice this year, during Pesach, the weather was the crappiest Israel had seen in decades, cold and wet; even hail came down on the 2nd day of Passover. And during Sukkot, it was perfect; and everything, even the crowds, were delightful. I did have to go outside the Damascus Gate during the Holy days for my daily dose of Shawarma. You guys even showed me the Via Dolorosa I had unknowingly walked past and over a few times; and those aerial shots you take make me just want to be there, and stay:) Shalom.

86° is a cool day here in Arizona. 😁
I visited Israel in February. It was a little cool at times but a very wonderful experience

I’ve visited twice with both visits falling into the Late January - Early February time frame. I live in Pennsylvania and found the colder parts of my visits (Tel Dan, etc) to be very tolerable (~40°F/5°C) and the warmer parts of my visits (Dead Sea area) was also fairly comfortable (80°F/25°C). I guess a lot depends on where you’re visiting from and what you are comfortable with.

My favourite time of the year is by far the summer months.
    I love HOT dry temps.
Even when I lived near Beit Shean I never once felt too hot, etc.
I am a natural born heat bug 😎🌴☀️
One day I was working outdoors near Tirat Zvi in the Jordan Valley...it was 52°C in the shade.
    Ya gotta love it 👍

Kev Vincent I love hot temperatures too, maybe because I was born in August. I would love to live in a hotter climate, live in WA state it is raining a lot here.

Well, you are an American...so you can easily move to California, Arizona, Florida or Hawaii...and live in a nice warm climate.
There is nothing stopping you from living in a location that you enjoy weather-wise.
      Just keeping it real.

Excellent!!!! :-) :-) I love Israel, but I don't care for tourists, so it looks like my best travel time is Summer and Winter.
Could you do a segment on inexpensive places to "overnight?" Of course, money is the expensive or normal place to stay, eg. King David, etc. My first inclination is to stay in Jerusalem, but I know there are many other places to stay. Lately, I've been studying the Rephaim, and their history, so, I would like to stay as close as possible to places such as Kiryat Arba, the area of Bashan, where Og was king of his clan. My son and I stayed at the Austrian Hospice and it was very nice and inexpensive. You are doing a great job with these videos. Thank you!!!

I totally get the times. I plan to visit in the Summer or winter. I live outside a tourist town in TN so I understand the crowds. Here in my area the high times are almost all year. Which gets tiring. Me and my wife are planing to try to move to Israel 🇮🇱. But first we want to visit so we can get to know the area. Just like when I moved here in TN I visit many times first. So I have a people connection. Shalom from Shiloh (Seymour) TN
