Actually, this property has two gym rooms. The bigger gym room is located on level 5, next to the swimming pool, and it also has a nice library room that is not seen in your video.
Agreed with all the points. Should enlarge the tiny bedroom 3 a bit more and it becomes a proper single bedroom. The dual key layout is a good design. As for the location, accessibility to highway is direct, because you’re directly in front of it. What’s more important to you? Accessibility or privacy/quiet? I would top up for a smaller unit inside DPC.
Me & wife bought here last year, we are in the mid level facing duke highway, but after closing all the windows, you can barely hear the noise, unless you have really sensitive hearing. The windows are not really tinted, just coloring only with minimal heat reduction, have confirmed this when i replace my windows during defect stage.
They used shear wall all the way was to save cost without having transfer beam/floor. Actually can introduce tandem parking within the shear wall to utilise the wastage area.

Not far away from this project there is a condo i see quite elegance named Menjalara 18. But i went thru their low accoupancy rate from down the road observation long time. One day during waktu sembahyang finally i got the answer. There is a mosque right behind the condo about less than 200 meters. although that time i was about 500m aways really kuat effect. I am not sure East parc can feel it or not. To me i very concern about this issue cos this is a daily 5 times matters.
go see and review VIM manjalara and M-suite manjalara, heard the rental to price ratio is pretty decent, much cheaper than east parc and just a stone throw away
Would love to hear your thought on Trinity Lemanja nearby. I actually bought there after comparing between East Parc and Lemanja, as I observed and agreed with your analysis about the surrounding area.
Yes! Following DBKL rules, only small breeds are "expressly" allowed. But been seeing people brings medium sized dog but no resident complaints about that yet.

Went to this place last year and I was constantly wearing headphone. Even at the pool area because of the aircon noise. Ihearng was right, NOISY.

Yes, Duke is great and all, but remember, it cost Rm2.50 to use it, and if you are going to Ampang, u have to pay rm5 total for one way.
