What comes to find out is that she was traveling thru the entire country. She had to undergo a lot of treatments to make her feel better and more sane. It’s akin to a man who has everything going on for him but then he starts drinking again. She discloses her ptsd in order to feel like the things that happened to her are not her fault, so that she can feel she had no control. That’s like a smoke signal to abusive men that find vulnerable women. And she’s stuck on a cycle where the abusive men control her, and then she can feel her issues are validated and it’s not her fault. However in this case her smoke signal caught an actual empathetic man but she’s not in a place where she can see that. One day he will find someone who appreciates it and it’ll go great.

He’s not weak. He has enough success and money that he kept saying something was cheap and come to find out he thinks $400 is just cheap change and the cheapest cost he did.
Are you in a successful point in your life where you can shell out $400 on a whim and then $1600 to pickup a dog and not even be financially affected enough to care and sue for it? I don’t think so.
So what makes you think he’s failing in life? He got to where he is by being empathetic and supportive. Unfortunately although she says and thinks she wants an understanding man, when that happens she has no opposition and can work on herself, which she’s built self defense systems that will self sabotage that so she doesn’t have to face her demons.
It’s akin to a man who has everything going on for him but then he starts drinking again.
She discloses her ptsd in order to feel like the things that happened to her are not her fault, so that she can feel she had no control. That’s like a smoke signal to abusive men that find vulnerable women. And she’s stuck on a cycle where the abusive men control her, and then she can feel her issues are validated and it’s not her fault.
However in this case her smoke signal caught an actual empathetic man but she’s not in a place where she can see that.
One day he will find someone who appreciates it and it’ll go great.

That poor child. I do hope it ends up in a stable and secure environment, whether it’s with her or someone else and she doesn’t treat it like her own “emotional support”

The plaintiff is a manipulative narcissist. When things don’t go her way, she screams PTSD. Now her child will never know who his/her dad is.

This is one of the craziest cases I’ve seen on TPC! 😮 Definitely concerned for her child. I hope she is able to get the care she needs to have some semblance of a normal life. On a side note, I actually have heard of several cases of people being diagnosed with “Foreign Accent Syndrome.”

Dear lord she is pregnant!!!!! She has major mental health problems and she is not mentally stable enough to raise a baby. She cant even care for a dog how is she going to care for a child. Everytime they show her she has a look of the lights are on and nobody is home. I hope to God that the authorities step in and take the baby or hopefully she places the baby up for adoption.

This woman is indeed in need of intervention. I detest anyone who is so comfortable with playing a victim. There’s no accountability to be had with her. I think she’s mentally unstable. I really don’t think she’s capable of taking care of a baby. This is scary.
Unfortunately, there's nothing to intervene on, because this type of person never accepts that anything they do us wrong. Everybody else is at fault!

I am so glad the defendant won. At the moment. He heard how he could keep the dog and would win and him starting to smile. Really made my day. Because he's a kind man who only tried to help people but people were abusing him. Or more so, the woman was abusing him.

That baby deserves to be taken away from the plaintiff and given to a family that will give it the healthy environment it needs.

Foreign accent syndrome (FAS) is speech disorder that causes a sudden change to speech so that a native speaker is perceived to speak with a “foreign” accent. FAS is most often caused by damage to the brain caused by a stroke or traumatic brain injury.
It's incredibly rare but is an actual medical condition. I'd only believe her if I saw the written diagnosis. I can fake an english accent too (cockney or the Queens english).
I work at a Psychiatric hospital and we had a patient stay with us for about 3 months who had this syndrome (as well as other diagnoses). I was surprised when I learned she wasn’t actually British !
