Hi. To be fair, I’m glad people rented to my mom when I was a baby. She was an attentive mother and is great tenant, always left the place better than she found it. Something I have learned in my 42 years of being a landlord.....every time you 'help someone out' that needs a break it is very expensive for you the landlord. The reason they are in the pickle they are in is 95% of the time their own irresponsibility then it becomes your problem once they move in.
