i think that the heavy items _are_ using _all_ the room - it stretches so far that it impacts the bottom, which causes it to break. if anything they need to inflate it more, it should be inflated so that it the item stops _just_ before it touches the bottom.
@@isays it’s an over inflation issue. It isn’t touching the ground before the ball bursts. It’s stretching the ball beyond its maximum stretch point causing it to tear. Less air would give more room to stretch/compress before bursting.
