This was shot in the evening, after working hours. I was not there, but you can see the long shadows. And it's during the summer holiday, no one is working in the city. Still Stockholm is as safe as it gets. Worked for 6 yrs. as a courier, some still does ! HEJA JOEL , you and the STONES are still rock'n it !

Probably spare equipment (tools, patch kits, etc.), "package(s)" for the race and maybe a change of clothes or two....who knows really especially for the carrying capacity of those bags. From the looks of the video, the curbs are set closer to street level than in other places (many parts of US).

@Tzimnewman3 it would be hard to regulate. you cant make people register bikes like they make people register cars exactly. plus it would not help at all with stuff like this people will ride the same, if not more recklessly because of fascist crap like that
