Nah your pitch for What If Secret Invasion idea is actually really cool and I really like the idea of making Wanda the POV character suspicious of Skull Cap. Further respect for taking inspiration from Avengers Earths Mightiest Heroes since they adapted the Secret Invasion storyline so much better than the MCU ever did.

Mostly about what happens in the Hawkeye series, maybe Thunderbolts. ...Spider-Man switched sides in airport battle? He's asked by Tony, but when he hears what it's about, he switches sides. ...Hulk snapped twice in Endgame? Tony doesn't snap, but Hulk does. ...S.H.I.E.L.D. didn't recrute Black Widow? Natasha never becomes an Avenger, and she becomes a threat for the Avengers along the way. ...Loki won in Avengers? He rules over earth and Asgard, and eventually fights Odin, joins Hella and fights Thanos.
...Quicksilver was fast enough? Instead of using himself as a human shield, he moves the bullets like his Fox X-Men counterpart.
...Rhodey died? In Civil War Vision doesn't just injure him, but he dies.

I think the reason why S1 of What If works really well is because each episodes focuses on different alternate scenarios in the MCU like: - What if the Avengers die right before they assemble - What if T'Challa become Starlord instead of Quill - What if Peggy Carter becomes a super soldier instead of Steve - What if a zombie pandemic breaks out during infinity war - What if Ultron wins
Maybe introducing a plotine to it wasn't such a good idea, yeah, Ultron vs The Watcher was pretty cool, and the previous characters joining to beat him was awesome, but it's not that fun when you're seeing an entire story with the characters since it takes away from the feeling that their universes are big and we're just seeing a small snippet of it

Oh, my favorite bit from the "What if the other half didn't snap?" was Star Lord taking a moment to stop Wanda from making the same mistake as he did but also recognizing how stupid a decision it was for him to do it in the first place! A nice epilogue for the episode would be Peter opening his eyes and he's in that pool of water with the temple or whatever that we saw Thanos in after he snapped and Hawkeye when he got the Soul Stone. Maybe he'd see Gamora and they'd walk into the light together. Good sendoff for his character after making up for his massive mistake in Infinity War.
Well, even in the comics they never really made sense as rings that could be worn by a human, right? If I’m remembering correctly, they’re the rings of some space dragon, although I’m guessing since the comic rings had every ability under the sun, one of them was size or matter manipulation and the Mandarin wears shrunk down rings.
Words cannoot how much i loved these What Ifs, especially the Secret Invasion one. As a huge fan of the Secret Invasion storyline, I thank you for thinking up a good storyline that's worthy of that title all whilst condensing it down into what would be a 30-45 minute long episode. This is the type of creativity the MCU should strive for.
I liked to imagine if the other half were snapped, the survivors we're left with try to do the same thing our survivors did in the main timeline. Like thinking of time travel. But they never got to figure it out, they give up and accept they're gone for good and have to live in a universe where there's no way to bring them back. They'll never know that their idea would've actually worked.

What if... Shang Chi stayed with his father? Instead of Shang chi leaving his father when he was 14 after avenging his mother, he came back and became his father's right hand man and weapon. He also found away to make his father recognize Xu Xialing's (his sister) skill and brought her into the Ten Rings organization. With the whole family together, the Ten Rings grown Far more dangerous than ever before and began dominating all of Asia with little resistance. In the beginning of 2018, Nakia, who was a Wakandan war dog stationed in Korea at the time, noted the Mandarin's invasion to T'challa but unfortunately before he could respond back to her, she was killed by Shang chi, as he figured out she was a spy of some kind. As T'challa didn't want his anger to consume him, he contacted the mandarin telling him to surrender now or face the wrath of Wakanda. The Mandarin welcomes this war. While The Mandarin and Shang Chi prepare to go to war against the Wakandans, It's revealed that Xu Xialing was plotting against her family and trying to find a way to stop her family's rampage. Xu Xialing knew if her father and brother wins the war against Wakanda and gains unlimited access to Vibranium along with the ten rings, nothing would be able to stop them. Reading her Mother's notes she was able to go to the mystical city of K'un Lun, telling the higher ups everything, and eventually convinced them to deploy their army as well as the Iron Fist to cut off the head of the Ten Rings organization and stop the war before it even starts. With the help of Xu Xialing, The K'un Lun army got the jump on the Mandarin and the fight begins. The Mandarin's army were holding their own but they were slowly getting overpowered by the mystical army of K'un Lun. The Iron fist was handling both Shang Chi and the Mandarin pretty well to the point he disabled shang Chi from the fight. The Mandarin skills and experience were superior, but Xu Xialing told the Iron Fist everything about her father and how the rings work, giving him the very slight edge to knock the mandarin to the ground. As it looks like Iron Fist and K'un Lun won the battle, averting war, a bloodied and broken Shang chi rose like a man possesed and was able to knock out the Iron fist. With K'un Lun's greatest weapon disabled, the Mandarin was able to help his army fight back against the K'un lun army, helping them win. A few days later, Xu Xialiang wakes up in a dungeon. The Mandarin comes down to visit her for the first time after the battle, simply asking why would his own daughter betray him and the family. she replies "This is not what my mother would've wanted". As we hear steps descending down the stairs, the Mandarin says "The dead doesn't want anything." we see Shang chi appear behind his father wearing a mask similar to the iron fist but purple and black; in his chest, a mark resembling a snake. with a smile on his face, Shang Chi fists burns a dark red fire; he stole the power of the iron fist. We then cut to the Mandarin and Shang Chi, (Now calling himself The Steel Serpent) along with their army outside their compound seeing the Wakandans arriving to the shores of China with their vast army, With the Black Panther leading the charge...
What if Eternals helped stop Thanos during the events of "Infinity war"? What if Captain Marvel stayed on Earth? What if X-Men were there originally, but Professor X, while trying to protect his students from 'S.H.I.E.L.D./Hydra/Government', made everyone forget about their existence using Cerebro?(possible set-up for S'Thor'm) What if Shang-Chi instead of travelling to USA visited the Ancient One and then reunited with his mother's relatives?
About the other half getting snapped. How would they find Thanos in the first place?The people who would knew were the Garden(Nebula,Gamora and the Black Order) is dead. The only other person who would know would be Strange from his viewing of timelines.But considering that the only one where they win is not this one,he wouldn't even try. Also, Thanos would most likely be snapped himself.

for the quicksilver what if., i was thinking after wanda's death they could be a war of witches led by agatha trying to get her body to absorb whatever chaos magic is left since she was the vessel for chaos magic in the mcu. Quickslilver would try to stop them for obvious reasons by himself but would be barley holding on which then would lead to him getting the avergers to help. this could easly be an arc about quicksilver coping with wanda's death and him being more apecting into joining the avengers by the end of the episode.
My top What If…? episode would probably be an adaptation of What if the Civil War Never Ended? The comic where America was split in two halves with Tony and Steve as their respective leaders and it’s eventually revealed that the Skrulls had orchestrated the whole thing. Not only would it be a really dope expansion of the Civil War narrative, but it would be another fun way to make up for the main MCU timeline’s underuse of the Skrulls.
What if, The Mandarin invaded Japan? It would basically be a samurai Ghost Rider vs. Mandarin episode. What if, Thanos was exiled? An episode about Thanos being sent to Earth as a baby and becoming weapon X, and Zen the eternals show up and fight the X-Men because of wolverine Thanos. Just wanted to give Thanos a W.

In Age of Ultron,in the party scene, everyone but Natasha tries and fails to lift Mjolnier.What if she tried and was whorty? 2) What if Peter Parker became Ant-Man? Back in his SHIELD days,Hank and Janet become friends with Richard and Mary Parker.Years later when he needs someone to wear the Ant-Man suit,he turns to the son of 2 friends that he had(and stayed friends with).Peter just got bitten a day before. 3) What if Captain America was found earlier? A few years after Steve Rogers sacrifices himself to save New York and lands the Valkyrie in the Arctic, he's found by an younger Version of Thor and the Warriors 3 as Odin sent them to retrieve the tsract.But instead only found Steve and a broken plane. 4)What if Hawkeye killed Loki? In this universe,Loki isn't as thought as he is in the sacred timeline,so when during the events of the Battle of New York,Clint's explosive arrow kills Loki on the spot. 5) What if both The Hulk was triggered by sadness? In this universe, Bruce's childhood traumas left such an effect on him, that when he's transformed into a monster,all he can do is cry and smash everything around. 6) What if Maria Stark survived? Kaechilius despite the temptations, remains on the side of good.Because of her visions,the Acient One thinks that Kaechilius is still on the Dark path that he was supposed to be on.So she plans in accordance to it.(Basically a comedy episode where the Ancient one is too paranoid to see that Kaechilius is not the scheemer that she trough he will be,while Kaechilius and Strange become bros) 8) What if there was no Zemo in Civil War? Helmut dies with his family,the Accords meeting doesn't get bombed,T'chaka doesn't die,Barnes doesn't get framed.Lets see how things would go out without one central piece. 9) What if Mysterio had empathy? Basically Peter's earnest personality and the way he talks about Tony makes him falter in acquiring EDITH,which makes him loose the opportunity.This starts a domino chain that will eventually result with Mysterio and Spider-Man teaming up to stop Rivera and the "Elemntals"

Some scrapped what if's that didn't make it were: What if Obadiah wasn't the one selling weapons to the Ten rings? What if Trevor Slattery was the actual Mandarin? Basically here,he's a crouching moron, hidden badass who has magic rings. And What if Peter Quill was rised by the Nova Corps?
Those are if it would be surely an anthology(not likely, knowing what happened before). A way to make it semi-anthology,semi-serialized would be to have more episodes.Those being: 10) What if Obadiah wasn't the one to want the Starks dead? Secret origin for the Season's big bad. 11) What if StarLord worked for the Nova Corps? Instead of stealing the power stone to sell it,he steals it to give it to Xandar. 12) What if Mantis killed Ego? Mantis overdoes the sleeping thing fo Ego,he accidentally kills him.Its more of a Mantis focused episode on her lore and the lore of possible other children of Ego. Last 2 episodes(13 and 14) would be a 2 part season finale. The main villain of the season would be Superior Iron Man,collecting Infinity Stones from other universes to reshape his own. Power Stone-episode 11 Time Stone-episode 7 Mind Stone-episode 1 Space Stone-episode 3 Reality Stone- Soul Stone- The last 2 stones are for the season finale where the Watcher and the exiles(Kahori,Byrdey and Storm) team up with some of the new heroes of this season(Whorty Natasha, Immortal Captain America,Nova Corps StarLord and Good Kaechilius) to stop Superior Iron Man.
I feel like these also miss a bit of a deeper part of what if Most of these are fan requests rather than restructuring of events to explore themes/characters The spiderman assassin storyline is essentially what if spiderman gave up being so “friendly” and became as vicious as wolverine. How much does he sacrifice and how much does he hold onto. What if flash Thompson got bit by the spider is about how intoxicating power is, even for those with not that much ill intent, and why Ben’s death was so formative.
This would actually be so cool. They could just have a simple story set in New York City and follow one protagonist around - maybe Spider-Man- who comes into contact with loads of the various other characters based there including F4, mutants, avengers and avengers adjacent characters, defenders etc It’d really show the depth of the range of marvel characters and could provide some character interactions that have never been shown before, or otherwise wouldn’t be seen often e.g Johnny Storm and Peter Parker

Great ideas, Andy! This is why I feel that the series really should have made use of existing What If? stories from the comics as backbones to tell cohesive tales that fans would've wanted. I am not saying that all the What If? comics are great, but there are some that are exceptionally good that could've been retrofitted to fit into the MCU storyline. They also missed out on the opportunity to introduce new characters subtly by having them work with or against the main character in some of the episodes as a teaser or easter egg. Season 3 was by far the weakest season, with only 2 episodes that I found interesting, and that is such a shame.
At 0:51, not only is the scenario predictable, but for the scenario to even happen, they make multiple changes to the story that make the characters seem stupid and illogical. Therefore, not only character assasinating multiple people such as Tony Stark and bruce banner but also breaking the literal premise of the show.
This is already MILES BETTER than anything we actually got especially more so than Season 2+3!!! So many missed opportunities with what if even if it was just MCU based these scenarios are far better great job. We definitely should have seen: What If Captain America never unfroze What if the other half were dusted What if Pietro survived the battle of sakovia or what if wanda met pietros fate. What if the Avengers had a day off. It’s literally just the avengers hanging out. What if The Hulk got Angry. This is a scary movie type episode where Hulk is the monster. Like the same vibe as when Banner hulked out on the shield ship in avengers one with Black Widow. Maybe Black Widow is going one on one against the hulk but it’s treated as a scary movie. What if Ultron worked (I know we already had a huge Ultron story, but still). Like what if Ultron actually worked as intended.
What sucks about Secret Invasion is that the MCU kinda already did it before the show and it was actually good. If you all want to see an actual good Secret Invasion in the MCU watch Agents of Shield. They kinda do this in season 4 but instead of shape shifting aliens it’s LMD(Life Model Decoys) It’s really good and that season of the show is one of the best seasons of television ever. Highly recommend.

I think a cool epilogue for the first one could be after starlord dies the souls stone seemingly fades away as gamora steps in from the background, the deal undone and the soul stone returning to where it’s kept.
I do have a What If idea that may not sound cool on paper and had been on my mind for a while: What If Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, Ioan Gruffudd's Reed Richards and Wesley Snipes' Blade ended up on Earth-838 and joined the fight against the Scarlet Witch in Multiverse of Madness?
I like what they did with T'Challa becoming Star Lord, it'd be interesting if they did more stuff like that, like "What If Flash Thompson was Spider-Man?" or "What If Darren Cross was Ant-Man?" or my personal favourite, "What if Justin Hammer was Iron Man?" There was definitely a lot of wasted potential, especially since it went from an interesting anthology series of alternate stories to the Captain Carter show and the occasional standalone episode

What If Thor was raised by Frost Giants, What If The spider bit someone else instead of Peter Parker, What If Red Skull was frozen along with Captain America, What If Liz Allen followed in her father's foot steps (And yes! For your Quicksilver idea, I think it can be more of a solo episode with Quicksilver understanding himself as an Avenger and accepting Scarlett's sacrifice. Maybe instead of Ultron shooting through a stolen jet as a last resort, he staright up turns himself into a nuke for his last resort. This would have Scarlett Witch have to conceal all the energy inside a done which she has to be in to activate, sacrificing herself as a result. I do have several other ideas too but I'll keep it to 4 since you only shared 4 good ideas: What if there were multiple Radioactive Spiders -In this universe, there are multiple Spider people. Some use their power for good, most for bad. This episode would show Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy as regular citizens and spider people, trying to conceal their identity while trying to fit into society. The villain would be Kingpin, Peter Parker's loving father in this universe who is trying his best to find ways to kill the spider people once and for all. This episode would focus on a collider which is meant to supercharge and unleash a beam, killing only the spider people due to a certain chemical the beam was injested with. The episode would conclude with Kingpin figuring out that Peter is a Spiderman, is heartbroken but accepts him after realising he is using his powers for good. Gwen interferes which causes a series of events that cause Kingpin to fall to his death. Peter is not happy with Gwen and after that, go on their seperate ways. What if Kingpin had the Venom Symbiote: Kingpin is already a strong man so what if he was, even stronger. The episode will show Kingpin and Venom's bond, ending up with Venom becoming loyal to Kingpin. While this is happening, there are other symbiotes falling to Earth. I just came up with this but what if multiple symbiotes could bond with one host. I think this episode would be a perfect showcase of this. Kingpin, with the newfound powers of multiple symbiotes takes on the Avengers consisting of all those from Endgame and manages to take them all out with ease. Showing all the powers of the symbiotes in one and maybe combining powers as well. We could also see the Sinister 6 in this episode but as side characters so as to give Kingpin spotlight. The episode ends with Kingpin gloating his victory as he and the Sinister 6 plan to dominate the world now that all the Avengers are gone, except one, Captain Marvel. She shows up to his doorstep, her golden aura surrounding her as Kingpin and Carol Danvers have a stare down as the Watcher concludes the episode. What if Thanos collected an Infinte Amount of Infinity Stones: It has been confirmed that there can be an infinite amount of infinity stones in the universe as shown at the end of Season 2 where Killmonger snaps Thanos out of existance with the pair from Infinity Ultron. So in this episode, Thanos destroys the Avengers, kills Bucky and snaps half of the Avengers out, like in Infinity War. However, he realises that snapping Earth's population out was not enough and goes on to snap the other planets out with different sets of infinity stones. How does he do that, he goes to other universes and takes them one by one, again and again. How I feel he could have discovered the multiverse was because he had the Infinity Stones power and could hear Watcher narrating like Ultron did in Season 1. Unlike Ultron who beat the shit out of Watcher, he ask him questions about the multiverse and goes on his way, teleporting to other universes to collect sets of Infinity stones while The Watcher, watches in horror. He could collect stones from people like The Collector, Doctor Strange, Loki and even Ego. It would be pretty funny if he had to casually mine them, go to an auction or steal from a jewerly shop for the stones. Oh yes I forgot to mention but his henchmen are alive in the universe, I dont know their names but they are alive. Eventually, Thanos collects at least 10 sets of Infinity Stones before one of the henchman warn him about the power he posesses. Thanos doesnt care and says he has set his path. By this time, the Avengers on his universe have given up tracking him as the Infinity Stones that Thanos used have died out. Thanos goes to that one blacksmith from Infinity War from another dimensionto craft a Infinite Infinity Gauntlet. Thanos and his henchmen work together to create it. Eventually, they create it and Thanos is satisfied. I think then something in Thanos would trigger to keep finding Infinity Stones. Maybe the Blacksmith had his own set. Anyways, Thanos finds too many Infinity Stones and turns him into an unstoppable god. However, this power is too much to contain and ends up collasping diffenent universes, maybe the ones that were featured in this episode. There, The Watcher has to recruit new Avengers to stop this Thanos varient from collasping the multiverse I guess. Finally, What if The Red Room collected an army of boys: This could be a great episode and show the Red Room's potential. Instead of Natasha Romanoff, Steve Rogers is the one given to the Red Room, basically turning him into Black Widow. Bucky Barnes could also be a Red Room victim in the universe and if possible, Sam Wilson and Peter Parker as well. The episode could explain how the Red Room would function if it was training boys to be assassins instead of girls, although I dont think it would change that much. The episode could show Steve, Bucky, Sam and Peter's diversity and how they would operate as Red Room agents. Steve could lead the group and have a shield Bucky can have a metallic prothestic which gives him super strength and turns into makeshift weapons like a rifle and a sniper. It would be so badass seeing Bucky aiming his sniper using his arm. Sam could be flying up in the air, scouting the target from above And Peter could chase using an alternative to his webs! There is so much potential with these 4. Anyways, in this universe, The Red Room is the biggest terrorist organization, so big that they are threatening S.H.I.E.L.D.. Fury is lost and tries to gather a team of supers to stop Red Room. I guess Natasha in the universe could be the Captain America in this universe and could have a connection with Steve from young. We could see the Red Room's threat level with Dracov straight up turning an adult Iron Man or the Hulk into one of them. Heck, even Ant Man could be taken in by Dracov. Heck, imagine Dracov controlling Thor! In the end of the episode, Steve turns on the Red Room after being given a heavy dose of the gas or understands that the Red Room is pure evil. His crew probably dies fighting Steve . Natasha deals the final blow, the Red Room gets destroyed and everyone who was in the battle fucking dies, leaving the world with no supers (in this universe, Overpowered Supers like Captain Marvel just straight up dont exist) which leaves the world vulnerable to threats like Loki and Thanos. Thats all I have. I spent 40 minutes typing this stuff. I hate how you probably wont have the attention span to read through this but I understand.
The only explanation that makes sense to me about why they ended so soon is that they’re gonna pull a Crisis on Infinite Earths and destroy the multiverse when this saga’s over except for a mashed up version of the MCU, the XCU and the F4 universe and a few separate universes which are Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’s universe and maybe the Zombies universe. At least they’re still making animated shows that take place in other universes. Which means there’s still a chance for “What If The Other Half Got Snapped” which I think makes for a better miniseries than just one episode.
I've been thinking about if Quicksilver survived instead of Wanda for a while. The MCU doesn't really have a speedster aside from him. I specifically thought about after the snap. Hawkeye is off killing mafia, Hulk is going to therapy, Thor is battle royale-ing. Someone has to be actually saving the world. And one side of grief we didn't really see in endgame is those people that buckle down and bury themselves in their work while trying not to think about it. Quicksilver literally running around the world trying to hold it together. Show us more consequences of the snap in individual people's lives. Show us him saving planes who lost their pilots. Give us a full X-men Quicksilver rip off.
Hear me out... What if Magneto got the OG X-Men Team for his villian team while Xavier Got the Brotherhood of Mutants... So Basically Pyro, Toad and Blob finally Get Accepted and get PROPER TRAINING, Juggernaut as a Supportive Brother and Wanda and Quicksilver as the leaders of the New Mutants hero team
With the Quicksilver idea, I think you should skip to something like Agatha All Along and have her try to manipulate him to bring her back on the Witches' Road, maybe? Maybe the impulsive nature of Quicksilver makes things worse in Civil War?
I don't know if you already said it, but I think a cool what if episode could be one where What if Steve Rogers woke up twenty years later instead of 70 years in the MCU's history. Imagine seeing what the MCU's 60's avengers would look like
some ideas i've had for a while... what if utron worked exactly as intended? basically ultron actually functions as tony's worldwide peacekeeping ai, leading to an alternate civil war which is "tony and ultron vs everyone else" as tony and ultron conclude that the only way to protect the world is to rule it. what if ego was a good dad? instead of leaving and killing peter's mom, ego settles down and stays on earth to help raise peter, becoming its mightiest hero... but also drawing the attention of other cosmic beings to the planet much earlier than they would be otherwise. my idea for this one is it'd end up causing the earth to be ruined or something, and humanity would move onto ego (the planet). what if red skull was frozen? at the end of the first avenger, what if red skull wasn't warped away, just knocked out, and was frozen instead with cap? he gets thawed out first, and kills the people who found him, leaving cap frozen as red skull activates the hydra sleeper cells around the world and within shield to try to take over once more. what if thanos didn't fuck around? basically, what if thanos came to earth during the first avengers movie instead of just sending loki? not as in depth, but it'd be interesting.
For the first one there should be a scene where Quill sees Gamora after the snap the same way Thanos did in infinity war and probably chooses to remain with her.
For what if quicksilver survives. If you go the route of him being cold towards the avengers then he could stay a villain…maybe he resents Clint(A Human) for not having the resources to save himself and goes on a journey to find his biological father(Magneto) and help him form the Brotherhood of Mutants and maybe Genosha. Considering Disney can do that now
For What If Wanda died instead of Pietro, I think the episode should revolve around Quicksilver staying a villain and maybe even taking out Hawkeye cause he blames him for Wanda's death. This leads to Zemo seeking Pietro's help saying the both lost stuff in Sokovia, basically making Civil War way worse for the Avengers

Absolutely loved the Skrull-Avengers, Other half and Iron Man VS Mandarin episodes, you cooked to hell and back with those. Though, I would love to know more of the Quicksilver idea. An idea of my own was an adaptation of something that isn't really a What if, but it would work: "What if Deadpool was accepted into the Avengers?" Of course, this episode would take place in DnW's interview, where Happy decides to give Wade a shot. Due to this taking place in 2018, Deadpool is just in time for when Thanos starts collecting the stones and during the fight in Titan, they would put Thanos in the same predicament as canon. Except for one thing. When Star lord starts giving into his rage, Deadpool puts his possible title as an avenger before some chum's life and slices off his arm. Mantis almost pulls her hands away due to the shock, but that time was just enough to pull the gauntlet out of Thanos' hands and earn them the win. Deadpool ends up being kicked out of the team, despite basically saving them from the snap, and he's called to the TVA to save his universe. Due to his new grudge against them, though, Deadpool takes a different approach to saving his timeline and instead, decides to grab the strongest guns he can yoink from under the TVA's noses, get armed to the teeth and go into the 616 reality to kill the Marvel Universe so those he loves can live in their world after the massacre. (Yes, all of this happened because of the Deadpool with a bag in the end of S3)
I think this qick silver becomes violent vigilant (has some A Train vibes) he kills people and sends up blowing up a suburb and after the blast he becomes Penance (This Penance just runs fast) and he ends up reforming and becomes Qick Silver again, and because of his super speed he reverses the programing and stops Thanos.
If Wanda died instead of Pietro then Agatha could convince him to help her revive her somehow. Her magic is limited, but combined with a speedster their options would increase. Now the catch is- they fail while trying to steal Time Stone- Ancient One was prepared to face a speedster. They do aquire Pym Particles, but at best they get to quantum realm, team up with Janey Pym and Kang and the rest is their merry band trying to screw over each other without getting caught.
What if Wiccan fought the scarlet witch to save west view? Basically Agatha who is more like her comic book self actually wants to save the town but knows she is no match against Wanda, but she noted her son Billy also has chaos magic and has incredible power buried deep within. Agatha decides to train him and help him unlock this power and tells him the truth of what his mother doing in the town. All of this leads to an ultimate fight between the scarlet witch and Wiccan, red vs blue, mother vs son in one epic battle. What do you think of my what if idea?
What if the Avengers fought the Eternals? The other Avengers killed Thanos but he destroyed the stones before they can use them so they can't bring people back and no Ant Man means no Time Heist. Arishem orders the Eternals to take the Quantum machine and do the Time Heist themselves but the Avengers only see intruders on the compound and they fight. A lot of potential moments like Spider Man sensing Sprite's illusions, Falcon now Captain America blocking Ikaris' lasers, Gilgamesh having a fist fight with Drax, and Druig mind controlling Groot to attack Star Lord.

I think the reason why S1 of What If works really well is because each episodes focuses on different alternate scenarios in the MCU like:
- What if the Avengers die right before they assemble
- What if T'Challa become Starlord instead of Quill
- What if Peggy Carter becomes a super soldier instead of Steve
- What if a zombie pandemic breaks out during infinity war
- What if Ultron wins
Facts, the single bad episode was the Thor focused one
Maybe introducing a plotine to it wasn't such a good idea, yeah, Ultron vs The Watcher was pretty cool, and the previous characters joining to beat him was awesome, but it's not that fun when you're seeing an entire story with the characters since it takes away from the feeling that their universes are big and we're just seeing a small snippet of it

Oh, my favorite bit from the "What if the other half didn't snap?" was Star Lord taking a moment to stop Wanda from making the same mistake as he did but also recognizing how stupid a decision it was for him to do it in the first place!
A nice epilogue for the episode would be Peter opening his eyes and he's in that pool of water with the temple or whatever that we saw Thanos in after he snapped and Hawkeye when he got the Soul Stone. Maybe he'd see Gamora and they'd walk into the light together.
Good sendoff for his character after making up for his massive mistake in Infinity War.

Well, even in the comics they never really made sense as rings that could be worn by a human, right? If I’m remembering correctly, they’re the rings of some space dragon, although I’m guessing since the comic rings had every ability under the sun, one of them was size or matter manipulation and the Mandarin wears shrunk down rings.
They were power cells that ran a space ship, each with a particular power. He adapted them to use as rings.
Words cannoot how much i loved these What Ifs, especially the Secret Invasion one.
As a huge fan of the Secret Invasion storyline, I thank you for thinking up a good storyline that's worthy of that title all whilst condensing it down into what would be a 30-45 minute long episode.

I liked to imagine if the other half were snapped, the survivors we're left with try to do the same thing our survivors did in the main timeline. Like thinking of time travel. But they never got to figure it out, they give up and accept they're gone for good and have to live in a universe where there's no way to bring them back. They'll never know that their idea would've actually worked.
That’d make for a pretty good and depressing episode. If they did it like the Doctor Strange one it could be the best episode of the entire series.

What if... Shang Chi stayed with his father?
Instead of Shang chi leaving his father when he was 14 after avenging his mother, he came back and became his father's right hand man and weapon. He also found away to make his father recognize Xu Xialing's (his sister) skill and brought her into the Ten Rings organization. With the whole family together, the Ten Rings grown Far more dangerous than ever before and began dominating all of Asia with little resistance.
In the beginning of 2018, Nakia, who was a Wakandan war dog stationed in Korea at the time, noted the Mandarin's invasion to T'challa but unfortunately before he could respond back to her, she was killed by Shang chi, as he figured out she was a spy of some kind. As T'challa didn't want his anger to consume him, he contacted the mandarin telling him to surrender now or face the wrath of Wakanda. The Mandarin welcomes this war.
While The Mandarin and Shang Chi prepare to go to war against the Wakandans, It's revealed that Xu Xialing was plotting against her family and trying to find a way to stop her family's rampage. Xu Xialing knew if her father and brother wins the war against Wakanda and gains unlimited access to Vibranium along with the ten rings, nothing would be able to stop them. Reading her Mother's notes she was able to go to the mystical city of K'un Lun, telling the higher ups everything, and eventually convinced them to deploy their army as well as the Iron Fist to cut off the head of the Ten Rings organization and stop the war before it even starts.
With the help of Xu Xialing, The K'un Lun army got the jump on the Mandarin and the fight begins. The Mandarin's army were holding their own but they were slowly getting overpowered by the mystical army of K'un Lun. The Iron fist was handling both Shang Chi and the Mandarin pretty well to the point he disabled shang Chi from the fight. The Mandarin skills and experience were superior, but Xu Xialing told the Iron Fist everything about her father and how the rings work, giving him the very slight edge to knock the mandarin to the ground. As it looks like Iron Fist and K'un Lun won the battle, averting war, a bloodied and broken Shang chi rose like a man possesed and was able to knock out the Iron fist. With K'un Lun's greatest weapon disabled, the Mandarin was able to help his army fight back against the K'un lun army, helping them win.
A few days later, Xu Xialiang wakes up in a dungeon. The Mandarin comes down to visit her for the first time after the battle, simply asking why would his own daughter betray him and the family. she replies "This is not what my mother would've wanted". As we hear steps descending down the stairs, the Mandarin says "The dead doesn't want anything." we see Shang chi appear behind his father wearing a mask similar to the iron fist but purple and black; in his chest, a mark resembling a snake. with a smile on his face, Shang Chi fists burns a dark red fire; he stole the power of the iron fist. We then cut to the Mandarin and Shang Chi, (Now calling himself The Steel Serpent) along with their army outside their compound seeing the Wakandans arriving to the shores of China with their vast army, With the Black Panther leading the charge...

How would they find Thanos in the first place?The people who would knew were the Garden(Nebula,Gamora and the Black Order) is dead.
The only other person who would know would be Strange from his viewing of timelines.But considering that the only one where they win is not this one,he wouldn't even try.
Also, Thanos would most likely be snapped himself.

for the quicksilver what if., i was thinking after wanda's death they could be a war of witches led by agatha trying to get her body to absorb whatever chaos magic is left since she was the vessel for chaos magic in the mcu. Quickslilver would try to stop them for obvious reasons by himself but would be barley holding on which then would lead to him getting the avergers to help. this could easly be an arc about quicksilver coping with wanda's death and him being more apecting into joining the avengers by the end of the episode.
W ideas. They were honestly way better than the actual What If we got.
My top What If…? episode would probably be an adaptation of What if the Civil War Never Ended? The comic where America was split in two halves with Tony and Steve as their respective leaders and it’s eventually revealed that the Skrulls had orchestrated the whole thing. Not only would it be a really dope expansion of the Civil War narrative, but it would be another fun way to make up for the main MCU timeline’s underuse of the Skrulls.
What if, The Mandarin invaded Japan?
It would basically be a samurai Ghost Rider vs. Mandarin episode.
What if, Thanos was exiled? An episode about Thanos being sent to Earth as a baby and becoming weapon X, and Zen the eternals show up and fight the X-Men because of wolverine Thanos. Just wanted to give Thanos a W.
A if quicksilver survived would be a greate one, maybe even him searching for his twin making Wandavision events happen different.

Back in his SHIELD days,Hank and Janet become friends with Richard and Mary Parker.Years later when he needs someone to wear the Ant-Man suit,he turns to the son of 2 friends that he had(and stayed friends with).Peter just got bitten a day before.
3) What if Captain America was found earlier?
A few years after Steve Rogers sacrifices himself to save New York and lands the Valkyrie in the Arctic, he's found by an younger Version of Thor and the Warriors 3 as Odin sent them to retrieve the tsract.But instead only found Steve and a broken plane.
4)What if Hawkeye killed Loki?
In this universe,Loki isn't as thought as he is in the sacred timeline,so when during the events of the Battle of New York,Clint's explosive arrow kills Loki on the spot.
5) What if both The Hulk was triggered by sadness?
In this universe, Bruce's childhood traumas left such an effect on him, that when he's transformed into a monster,all he can do is cry and smash everything around.
6) What if Maria Stark survived?
The car crash made her loose her consciousness.Luckly for her,her husband's assasin trough she was already dead.Now that she survived this,she has to make sure that the assasin is found,for both her sake and her son's
7) What if Kaechilius didn't give into the Dark magic?
Kaechilius despite the temptations, remains on the side of good.Because of her visions,the Acient One thinks that Kaechilius is still on the Dark path that he was supposed to be on.So she plans in accordance to it.(Basically a comedy episode where the Ancient one is too paranoid to see that Kaechilius is not the scheemer that she trough he will be,while Kaechilius and Strange become bros)
8) What if there was no Zemo in Civil War?

They could just have a simple story set in New York City and follow one protagonist around - maybe Spider-Man- who comes into contact with loads of the various other characters based there including F4, mutants, avengers and avengers adjacent characters, defenders etc

Great ideas, Andy! This is why I feel that the series really should have made use of existing What If? stories from the comics as backbones to tell cohesive tales that fans would've wanted. I am not saying that all the What If? comics are great, but there are some that are exceptionally good that could've been retrofitted to fit into the MCU storyline. They also missed out on the opportunity to introduce new characters subtly by having them work with or against the main character in some of the episodes as a teaser or easter egg. Season 3 was by far the weakest season, with only 2 episodes that I found interesting, and that is such a shame.
At 0:51, not only is the scenario predictable, but for the scenario to even happen, they make multiple changes to the story that make the characters seem stupid and illogical. Therefore, not only character assasinating multiple people such as Tony Stark and bruce banner but also breaking the literal premise of the show.
This is absolutely amazing keep up the great work can’t wait to see more 🔥!

What if The Hulk got Angry. This is a scary movie type episode where Hulk is the monster. Like the same vibe as when Banner hulked out on the shield ship in avengers one with Black Widow. Maybe Black Widow is going one on one against the hulk but it’s treated as a scary movie.
What if Ultron worked (I know we already had a huge Ultron story, but still). Like what if Ultron actually worked as intended.
What sucks about Secret Invasion is that the MCU kinda already did it before the show and it was actually good. If you all want to see an actual good Secret Invasion in the MCU watch Agents of Shield. They kinda do this in season 4 but instead of shape shifting aliens it’s LMD(Life Model Decoys) It’s really good and that season of the show is one of the best seasons of television ever. Highly recommend.

I do have a What If idea that may not sound cool on paper and had been on my mind for a while: What If Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, Ioan Gruffudd's Reed Richards and Wesley Snipes' Blade ended up on Earth-838 and joined the fight against the Scarlet Witch in Multiverse of Madness?
I like what they did with T'Challa becoming Star Lord, it'd be interesting if they did more stuff like that, like "What If Flash Thompson was Spider-Man?" or "What If Darren Cross was Ant-Man?" or my personal favourite, "What if Justin Hammer was Iron Man?" There was definitely a lot of wasted potential, especially since it went from an interesting anthology series of alternate stories to the Captain Carter show and the occasional standalone episode

For your Quicksilver idea, I think it can be more of a solo episode with Quicksilver understanding himself as an Avenger and accepting Scarlett's sacrifice. Maybe instead of Ultron shooting through a stolen jet as a last resort, he staright up turns himself into a nuke for his last resort. This would have Scarlett Witch have to conceal all the energy inside a done which she has to be in to activate, sacrificing herself as a result.
I do have several other ideas too but I'll keep it to 4 since you only shared 4 good ideas:
What if there were multiple Radioactive Spiders
-In this universe, there are multiple Spider people. Some use their power for good, most for bad. This episode would show Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy as regular citizens and spider people, trying to conceal their identity while trying to fit into society. The villain would be Kingpin, Peter Parker's loving father in this universe who is trying his best to find ways to kill the spider people once and for all. This episode would focus on a collider which is meant to supercharge and unleash a beam, killing only the spider people due to a certain chemical the beam was injested with.
The episode would conclude with Kingpin figuring out that Peter is a Spiderman, is heartbroken but accepts him after realising he is using his powers for good. Gwen interferes which causes a series of events that cause Kingpin to fall to his death. Peter is not happy with Gwen and after that, go on their seperate ways.
What if Kingpin had the Venom Symbiote:
Kingpin is already a strong man so what if he was, even stronger. The episode will show Kingpin and Venom's bond, ending up with Venom becoming loyal to Kingpin. While this is happening, there are other symbiotes falling to Earth. I just came up with this but what if multiple symbiotes could bond with one host. I think this episode would be a perfect showcase of this. Kingpin, with the newfound powers of multiple symbiotes takes on the Avengers consisting of all those from Endgame and manages to take them all out with ease. Showing all the powers of the symbiotes in one and maybe combining powers as well. We could also see the Sinister 6 in this episode but as side characters so as to give Kingpin spotlight. The episode ends with Kingpin gloating his victory as he and the Sinister 6 plan to dominate the world now that all the Avengers are gone, except one, Captain Marvel. She shows up to his doorstep, her golden aura surrounding her as Kingpin and Carol Danvers have a stare down as the Watcher concludes the episode.
What if Thanos collected an Infinte Amount of Infinity Stones:
It has been confirmed that there can be an infinite amount of infinity stones in the universe as shown at the end of Season 2 where Killmonger snaps Thanos out of existance with the pair from Infinity Ultron.
So in this episode, Thanos destroys the Avengers, kills Bucky and snaps half of the Avengers out, like in Infinity War. However, he realises that snapping Earth's population out was not enough and goes on to snap the other planets out with different sets of infinity stones. How does he do that, he goes to other universes and takes them one by one, again and again. How I feel he could have discovered the multiverse was because he had the Infinity Stones power and could hear Watcher narrating like Ultron did in Season 1. Unlike Ultron who beat the shit out of Watcher, he ask him questions about the multiverse and goes on his way, teleporting to other universes to collect sets of Infinity stones while The Watcher, watches in horror. He could collect stones from people like The Collector, Doctor Strange, Loki and even Ego. It would be pretty funny if he had to casually mine them, go to an auction or steal from a jewerly shop for the stones. Oh yes I forgot to mention but his henchmen are alive in the universe, I dont know their names but they are alive. Eventually, Thanos collects at least 10 sets of Infinity Stones before one of the henchman warn him about the power he posesses. Thanos doesnt care and says he has set his path. By this time, the Avengers on his universe have given up tracking him as the Infinity Stones that Thanos used have died out. Thanos goes to that one blacksmith from Infinity War from another dimensionto craft a Infinite Infinity Gauntlet. Thanos and his henchmen work together to create it. Eventually, they create it and Thanos is satisfied. I think then something in Thanos would trigger to keep finding Infinity Stones. Maybe the Blacksmith had his own set. Anyways, Thanos finds too many Infinity Stones and turns him into an unstoppable god. However, this power is too much to contain and ends up collasping diffenent universes, maybe the ones that were featured in this episode. There, The Watcher has to recruit new Avengers to stop this Thanos varient from collasping the multiverse I guess.
Finally, What if The Red Room collected an army of boys:
This could be a great episode and show the Red Room's potential. Instead of Natasha Romanoff, Steve Rogers is the one given to the Red Room, basically turning him into Black Widow. Bucky Barnes could also be a Red Room victim in the universe and if possible, Sam Wilson and Peter Parker as well. The episode could explain how the Red Room would function if it was training boys to be assassins instead of girls, although I dont think it would change that much. The episode could show Steve, Bucky, Sam and Peter's diversity and how they would operate as Red Room agents.
Steve could lead the group and have a shield
Bucky can have a metallic prothestic which gives him super strength and turns into makeshift weapons like a rifle and a sniper. It would be so badass seeing Bucky aiming his sniper using his arm.
Sam could be flying up in the air, scouting the target from above
And Peter could chase using an alternative to his webs! There is so much potential with these 4.
Anyways, in this universe, The Red Room is the biggest terrorist organization, so big that they are threatening S.H.I.E.L.D.. Fury is lost and tries to gather a team of supers to stop Red Room. I guess Natasha in the universe could be the Captain America in this universe and could have a connection with Steve from young. We could see the Red Room's threat level with Dracov straight up turning an adult Iron Man or the Hulk into one of them. Heck, even Ant Man could be taken in by Dracov. Heck, imagine Dracov controlling Thor! In the end of the episode, Steve turns on the Red Room after being given a heavy dose of the gas or understands that the Red Room is pure evil. His crew probably dies fighting Steve . Natasha deals the final blow, the Red Room gets destroyed and everyone who was in the battle fucking dies, leaving the world with no supers (in this universe, Overpowered Supers like Captain Marvel just straight up dont exist) which leaves the world vulnerable to threats like Loki and Thanos.
Thats all I have. I spent 40 minutes typing this stuff. I hate how you probably wont have the attention span to read through this but I understand.
The only explanation that makes sense to me about why they ended so soon is that they’re gonna pull a Crisis on Infinite Earths and destroy the multiverse when this saga’s over except for a mashed up version of the MCU, the XCU and the F4 universe and a few separate universes which are Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’s universe and maybe the Zombies universe. At least they’re still making animated shows that take place in other universes. Which means there’s still a chance for “What If The Other Half Got Snapped” which I think makes for a better miniseries than just one episode.
I've been thinking about if Quicksilver survived instead of Wanda for a while. The MCU doesn't really have a speedster aside from him. I specifically thought about after the snap. Hawkeye is off killing mafia, Hulk is going to therapy, Thor is battle royale-ing. Someone has to be actually saving the world. And one side of grief we didn't really see in endgame is those people that buckle down and bury themselves in their work while trying not to think about it. Quicksilver literally running around the world trying to hold it together. Show us more consequences of the snap in individual people's lives. Show us him saving planes who lost their pilots. Give us a full X-men Quicksilver rip off.

basically ultron actually functions as tony's worldwide peacekeeping ai, leading to an alternate civil war which is "tony and ultron vs everyone else" as tony and ultron conclude that the only way to protect the world is to rule it.
what if ego was a good dad?
instead of leaving and killing peter's mom, ego settles down and stays on earth to help raise peter, becoming its mightiest hero... but also drawing the attention of other cosmic beings to the planet much earlier than they would be otherwise. my idea for this one is it'd end up causing the earth to be ruined or something, and humanity would move onto ego (the planet).
what if red skull was frozen?
at the end of the first avenger, what if red skull wasn't warped away, just knocked out, and was frozen instead with cap? he gets thawed out first, and kills the people who found him, leaving cap frozen as red skull activates the hydra sleeper cells around the world and within shield to try to take over once more.
what if thanos didn't fuck around?
basically, what if thanos came to earth during the first avengers movie instead of just sending loki? not as in depth, but it'd be interesting.
For the first one there should be a scene where Quill sees Gamora after the snap the same way Thanos did in infinity war and probably chooses to remain with her.

Absolutely loved the Skrull-Avengers, Other half and Iron Man VS Mandarin episodes, you cooked to hell and back with those. Though, I would love to know more of the Quicksilver idea.
An idea of my own was an adaptation of something that isn't really a What if, but it would work:
"What if Deadpool was accepted into the Avengers?"
Of course, this episode would take place in DnW's interview, where Happy decides to give Wade a shot. Due to this taking place in 2018, Deadpool is just in time for when Thanos starts collecting the stones and during the fight in Titan, they would put Thanos in the same predicament as canon.
Except for one thing. When Star lord starts giving into his rage, Deadpool puts his possible title as an avenger before some chum's life and slices off his arm. Mantis almost pulls her hands away due to the shock, but that time was just enough to pull the gauntlet out of Thanos' hands and earn them the win.
Deadpool ends up being kicked out of the team, despite basically saving them from the snap, and he's called to the TVA to save his universe. Due to his new grudge against them, though, Deadpool takes a different approach to saving his timeline and instead, decides to grab the strongest guns he can yoink from under the TVA's noses, get armed to the teeth and go into the 616 reality to kill the Marvel Universe so those he loves can live in their world after the massacre.
(Yes, all of this happened because of the Deadpool with a bag in the end of S3)
I think this qick silver becomes violent vigilant (has some A Train vibes) he kills people and sends up blowing up a suburb and after the blast he becomes Penance (This Penance just runs fast) and he ends up reforming and becomes Qick Silver again, and because of his super speed he reverses the programing and stops Thanos.

If Wanda died instead of Pietro then Agatha could convince him to help her revive her somehow. Her magic is limited, but combined with a speedster their options would increase. Now the catch is- they fail while trying to steal Time Stone- Ancient One was prepared to face a speedster.
They do aquire Pym Particles, but at best they get to quantum realm, team up with Janey Pym and Kang and the rest is their merry band trying to screw over each other without getting caught.
I would have loved to see an animated story of the Marvel tv characters from the 70's and 80's.

What if Wiccan fought the scarlet witch to save west view? Basically Agatha who is more like her comic book self actually wants to save the town but knows she is no match against Wanda, but she noted her son Billy also has chaos magic and has incredible power buried deep within. Agatha decides to train him and help him unlock this power and tells him the truth of what his mother doing in the town. All of this leads to an ultimate fight between the scarlet witch and Wiccan, red vs blue, mother vs son in one epic battle. What do you think of my what if idea?

What if the Avengers fought the Eternals? The other Avengers killed Thanos but he destroyed the stones before they can use them so they can't bring people back and no Ant Man means no Time Heist. Arishem orders the Eternals to take the Quantum machine and do the Time Heist themselves but the Avengers only see intruders on the compound and they fight. A lot of potential moments like Spider Man sensing Sprite's illusions, Falcon now Captain America blocking Ikaris' lasers, Gilgamesh having a fist fight with Drax, and Druig mind controlling Groot to attack Star Lord.
I think that concept would happen in an What If the Eternals intervened in Infinity War
