Though I was serving in the Viet-Nam war when I heard the the Heartrwenching news of the death of the Blind Owl Alan Wilson for me he still lives on in heart, head, and spirit...He was a true honest to goodness Bluesman who had perfect pitch, and was an unparalleled and unique musician on all of the instruments he touched with a haunting vocal style. R.I.P. My Brother.

Look at all of us!!! ❤❤ but - Woodstock made history! On the other hand, this event changed the world we live in to this day once madison avenue saw the promise of an audience this size that was the end and after consumerism wild fire. Look at all those breathing bodies we can sell to!
interesting how the mix is different here from the one that's in the movie. for this mix there's no reverb on anything, and Alan and Harvey's guitar parts are panned to opposite sides, without any variation in volume. I like both mixes, but this one feels more honest.
@spazzyklutz75 A guy ran on stage at Woodstock and hung with Bear for a minute. I do think this is a Mashup of a couple videos, and the audio is different as well.
@@dicky7600 It's definitely Woodstock, including audio (though it sounds like a different recording of the same event)… the video is a bit of a mashup of the entire Woodstock gig, too. imo th-cam.com/video/3doBiU6nN0k/w-d-xo.html

The constant moving around on this video is distracting.
