I don't want to insult you or anything, but I think that is not the point. I think overcoming a fear is like knowing that if you're there, you wouldn't be afraid. But that's just my opinion.
I love heights ❤❤❤❤ so so so much in love with the feel of closeness to the sky and the feel of height while looking back down . I feel so happy and relaxed.
The thing is that for one you have to be there to get the full effect at times, two it is IRRATIONAL FEAR, and three it is a legitimate fear considering the danger.
as someone with acrophobia, lemme clear something up. you don’t have to be screaming/crying/shaking at the sight of these photos, just feeling genuinely uncomfortable/uneasy
This is the fear I always like to test my self on rides bridges and heights in general for some reason I'm always dizzy when it comes to heights I live the view but I only have a mild fear on this but the bridge got me like 😮

See I'm more so afraid of heights that feel *unstable* rather than heights in general. Like I've climbed up very tall trees and stood on (stable) cliffs and been fine but if I feel like the ground beneath me is unstable then im very afraid
I don’t think I have acrophobia but I don’t like heights at all. My school is 5 stories and the ceilings are high on all levels, so the stairway is old and creaky and the railings are 2.5 feet tall. I always stay close to the wall because I can’t look down over the railing or I feel like throwing up, especially when I have to go from the top floor to the bottom!

IT'S a real thrill. I have deep water fears. I love mountains and top most places to look from.
