- I created this video to help people understanding that they are not alone, and that lots of us have the same fear that they have. So I really hope that this helped them with their phobias. Thank you so much for the support and I'm really glad that this video could reach all of these people around the world.
Phobia : an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something.
This is a list of phobias from least to most common .
almost all of us have a kind of phobia , you surely can find here at least three phobias that you have , this video aims to educate people about the most common phobias and to help them to identify their phobias in order to over come their fears . Also, knowing all of these different phobias can make us understand one another fears and never underestimate them .
Stay strong , stay positive and educate yourself about your own fear. And let's remember that we all have something that we fear of , so we should never hesitate to ask for help .

Just wondering if there's a phobia about " the fear of people's in their worst situation " ? 'Cause at first I thought I'm afraid of horror, but I realized I'm actually afraid whenever I saw and/or know about people in their worst situation? For example, I watched the new Barbie movie in 2023 (the one that's live action) after I watched that movie, I feel afraid or having a weird feeling about it? I even thought that I'm traumatized about the movie even it looks normal? But I somehow feel afraid when it comes to people. Like when... Something like angst? Whenever there's a heart breaking scene about a couple I feel heartbroken about it, but I feel fear I guess? And when there's an angst story, I also feel fear. It was like having fears about other people's worst situation
I almost thought about maybe it's guilt? Or just feeling bad for other people, but I think it's fear. I even search on google if that phobia exists, but no results. I even chat with character ai but their messages are a bit wrong when I search it.
But... I'm 100% sure that... Maybe it's my phobia? I just wanted to know if it exists yet or not.

I have always had a fear of deep dark waters. Like when you look under the water in a lake or the ocean and just see the blackness below. I'm not sure if that is Bathophobia #87 or #22 Aquaphobia? Or maybe it's a little of both! I have no problem in a swimming pool where I can walk around on the bottom. It's only when it looks black and bottomless down under the water.
For the first time ever I am going snorkeling in the ocean in a month. I would call it tacking my fears head on. I hope I can get through this....

And extrovert is not that you are comfortable talking in front of a lot of people is just that you gain energy by being in group and with your friend. I have 8 of these phobias for sure but probably have more. Oceans, depths, ants, needles being completely alone, public speaking, change, and choking. I am so glad others have a fear of ants! Everyone I ever tell that phobia to always asks how I could be afraid of ants but they'd never been attacked by tiny fire ants as a child, it left me traumatized of any tiny ants. People also ask if I'm afraid of animals in the ocean but no I'm more scared of being drug out by a wave and drowned than by being attacked by a shark.

You can't list your normal fears and dislikes you avoid as phobias. If you think you have a phobia when actually you don't, The negative thinking is gonna really harm you.
Also note that having a phobia doesn't make you interesting or is cool, if you have a phobia try to get over it as much as possible because only bravery is cool
