Yes. I recommend lump charcoal. It’s oak, hickory that’s been burned down. It will give you the best smoke/bbq flavor. If you want to take up a notch add a chunk of oak, or hickory wood. Like I do in my Weber videos. Thank you for your comment and please subscribe.
